Farmers Pick Buffet has a Great Selection to choose from and the food is Delicious.

Been coming here for many years but after they changed ownership the quality of playing has diminished. Also comps, food quality, and hours of restaurants have fallen. Hotel rooms need renovation. Won t be back.

This is a wonderful resort. The rooms are very comfortable and clean; restaurant has great food and the staff is very friendly.

This is one of the saddest places I have been. The casino is rather quiet. Not much talking. There is no feeling of excitement. You don't get the traditional sounds of coins falling from the machines either. The lack of real money cash out makes this place seem extremely sad.
I give it two stars because the hotel rooms are very nice and very clean but, very expensive.

The room we stayed in was clean and the bed was great! The whole place is upkept well. The free WIFI with no password was a major bonus. The only issue I had was that our room was a joint room and the person in the other room must have been smoking because our room smelt like smoke when we woke up. I am allergic to smoke so I wasn't feeling to hot that morning. It isn't the hotel's fault if someone smokes when they shouldn't though! I would prefer the whole place be non-smoking personally.

Clean and friendly staff. Lots of games to choose from . Overall a fun night out .

Went last night and was totally disgusted with this place. My wife and I played SEVERAL different machines and not one bonus, not one! $120 gone in about 10 minutes. Also, what establishment nowadays Atm doesn't except a debit card with a chip? This was mind blowing and utterly ridiculous. Isle of Capri Waterloo is outdated and needs to get up with the times. We walked out along with several others and will not be back. Something has changed because we were just there last year or so and won a little bit of money. We are OTR drivers and visit casinos quite a bit, so we know when we are being ripped off. Save your money and go to Lakeside or Ameristar in Council Bluffs! You've been warned... :)

Got laid and found pills in the room! Won 1200 bucks and went to Walgreens.

Visited a friend staying there. Nice accommodations.

Big bathroom. Ceiling fan in room. Lots of plows. Nice desk for business. Convenient having restaurants downstairs. Nice pool, very kid friendly. Nice workout room.

Great customer service always. Especially Haylee, Esmir and carter. Keep up the good work!

There's just something gross about finding the last hotel guests dirty sock mixed within your "clean bedding". I would like to believe it's housekeeping policy to change the sheets and blankets after each guests. Thank God it was a sock and not someone's undies. Slept on pool towels last night.

This place deserves 0 stars. The gaming is unbelievable. Anytime $1million + dollars is eaten in a row, something is amiss. Any other casino property I have visited has some what of an enjoyment factor.

-43% payback .... I am a professional. If they were anywhere close to what should be deemed legal, I would have seen $426,000~ more than I have.
-Absolutely rigged play > i.e. the only 40 jackpots I had that put me ahead in the session were uncarded. Every other jackpot only got me ~50% of the loss basis (meaning I had to lose 3000 before winning $1500). (If you are talking about overall coin-in payout is 4%). The worst straight losses in a row in one session is over 50k with no handpays or a win 10x the bet size. Of course the players card was in.

Overall the average losses per week are around their employees salaries. Where does the money go? They will not release stats because they are hiding information.

Also, there are 0 comps for millionaire players. Talk about a crock.

GENERAL MANAGER SAYS "THEY ARE KILLING IT".

Very disappointed, there is no more shuttle service for the koa camp grounds , I travel in a large rig , witch is bigger then a normal simi truck had $1000 bucks to play with ,so your loss you are officially blackballed from my casino list .....

Beds are hard, tvs are outdated but everything else is awesome.

The walls are extremely thin and I m able to hear every word the people next door are saying. Very loud

Had a smoking room due to staying with a smoker. No exhaust fan and no ability to open window made for an uncomfortable experience. Other than that; great. Clean room, great aesthetic appeal, good restaurants, and the casino is nice but not overcrowded.

The food at the buffet was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back!

Went to the Isle to utilize the casino. I had a decent time, but the casino itself was small.

After paying for a deluxe suite and being put in the wrong room to start, we enjoyed the night in the jacuzzi and comfortable room. Until I woke up the next morning to find a BED BUG crawling right next to me. I have NEVER actually seen bed bugs in all my stays at hotels across the country. This is absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable.

I had fun there. The only the thing I didn't like was the smoking in the building.

All they play on casino speakers is country music and they charge you like 3.50 for every beer while you are gambling. That is what this waterloo casino offers gamblers.

The casino is nice, although there weren't too many blackjack tables to go to. The blackjack tables were in amongst other tables which was a little confusing, but overall it was a good experience.

started going there when they first opened their doors but last time there got treated like the red headed step child thanks to TOMMY. Never been treated so rude before

AFTER we checked in they decided to inform us that we couldnt have our newborn with us on the game floor - we're new to this whole thing and NO ONE thought to tell us "Hey, before we take your money I'd like you to know that you cant have your baby with you on the gambling floor." Huge bummer. We stayed here twice while my wife was pregnant because at the time the drinks were free and I really appreciated that I could drink for free while she gambled. Well, now drinks are $2 a pop and no one thought to say "no kids allowed". That would have been EXTREMELY helpful. When we mentioned this to the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!?!? We will NEVER stay at, or gamble at the Isle again.

Very poor payouts don't get into bonus rounds very often your money doesn't last long out there

Today I called to speak with a manager. It took three phone calls, seven transfers, and over fifteen minutes to finally get through to a manager. They informed me that they did not see our information in the system. In exchange you offered me $20 in credit for casino games. Although appreciated, I have absolutely no interest in returning to your casino. Your customer service is terrible and your gaming technology is obviously flawed if your systems do not have any sort of battery backup. You have wasted over an hour of my time now with no sense of a resolution to our problem.

All this for less than $16 from a penny slot machine.

Went to the buffet, it was alright, the rest of my family got the crab legs, they really seemed to enjoy them.

One of the better hotels around Waterloo love coming here. Their pool and hot tub is nice too

It took me three days to recover from all the smoke I inhaled. Maybe their employees are all smokers and it doesn't matter, but it sure is nice to work for a company that cares about my health. People will come flush their money whether they can smoke or not, but I'll never be back as long as they let people smoke in casinos. Disgusting

Rooms were clean and nice, service was good, the only draw back - the walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors.

For myself it's a nice getaway, weather I win or loose. Winning would be nice.

The signs say casino open until 2am, they kick people out at 1:30am. I don't mind having to wear a mask. Tables still closed due to the pandemic. Even the rules on the games are unclear.

Couldn't ask for a better casino and friendlier casino! You feel right at home from the moment you step in, they really embody true midwestern charm. On top of that they have great food to choose from when you're not gaming on the casino floor. Brew Brothers is a must for good grub, brews and sports and if you're looking for that great steak you gotta try Otis and Henry's. In the morning I found Simple Yummy and their pecan rolls taste just like ones my grandma used to make us kids when we were little. Get their early though cause they go fast!!

Takes your money way to fast. Can't even set and play for awhile.

Blackjack is lots of fun, nice people, and the restaurant upstairs is very nice.

The staff at the casino for the most part are rude and will push past you and act s if you are in their way.

ate at the newish Otis&Henry's/Lone Wolf. Food was mostly from the Lone Wolf...should've been more O&H.

Second time to the Isle. This trip was very disapointing. The room was not as nice, and didn't have eveything the first room had. The bed this time was like sleeping on the floor, and the tv went out. They only thing that the clerk had to say is we will have someone look at it.
