Today I called to speak with a manager. It took three phone calls, seven transfers, and over fifteen minutes to finally get through to a manager. They informed me that they did not see our information in the system. In exchange you offered me $20 in credit for casino games. Although appreciated, I have absolutely no interest in returning to your casino. Your customer service is terrible and your gaming technology is obviously flawed if your systems do not have any sort of battery backup. You have wasted over an hour of my time now with no sense of a resolution to our problem.

All this for less than $16 from a penny slot machine.
