Isle Casino Hotel Review

Its ok lots of older people best time to go is after 10pm on the weekend

Great place to gamble. I m not a smoker but don t leave smelling like a smokestack.

Not a big casino but nice enough. A good assortment of slot machines and table games. The biggest problem here is the lack of Comps and Points and payoff for spending a lot of money. We all know the casinos rake in the dough by the millions; so why so stingy? Good question. It becomes un-fun real fast when u see very little perks for ur unauthorized, or poorly executed generosity. And REAL un-fun when the machines rarely hit anything noteworthy!
Ive been there probably 6 or 7 times in all, spent probably bout $3,000, and never won anything worth mentioning;
And the rewarded my stupidity with $5 in free play each week and $5 off a dinner menu item at their steakhouse type restaurant. One of three eateries at the Isle.
I, for one, wont be anxious to return any time soon!

Very nice accommodations. Wish the rooms had a microwave to go along with the fridge.

If you go, plan to lose your money. Pay outs are lowest in Iowa

It's okay. Payout is hit-and-miss. It's in town so for people who live here it's convenient but it's no Meskwaki in Tama. They have a new gift shop that sells MINI Donuts that are air fried those are pretty delicious. They keep getting new games constantly and they move stuff around a lot it always feels new but sometimes your left looking for your favorite machine, if you like to hear the bells and whistles and you like to whisk the time away hit up the aisle it's not half bad and if you win it'll be the best place you ever went.

Wonderful place to stay, super comfy beds and clean rooms! I left my phone in my room and they went the extra mile to find it ( had been thrown in laundry with some towels) great pool and loved feeding the fish and ducks! All around great place to stay!

Dials is fantastic they could upgrade their rooms but it's a nice small hotel nice small casino they need to make casino part bigger with newer machines more often buffets great don't change a thing

Went for lunch on Easter, had no idea it was such a big day, there are long lines for food and even to get on to the gambling floor. Decided not to have lunch, it was up-charged and the line was very long.

No bar open, prefer to play video poker and very little of that, went through 300$ rather quickly.It also smelled of perfume at the entrance and I'm allergic to it so not one of the better casinos we've been to lately.

Hospitality has gone down drastically since my last visit

Garbage!!! Kicked out because we were having too much fun and winning too much money. This place sucks

Nice place to stay, especially for the price. So close to the waterpark too.

Decent ventilation in the casino but still a bit Smokey. Nice ambiance. The buffet and restaurants look good. If you are going to gamble in Iowa this place is as good as any.

Every time we go to the buffet there, the food gets worse and worse

We went there to take advantage of a promotion and for the second week the computers were not produced correctly. Quite frustrating.

Clean casino with non smoking section. High limit area for big gamblers. Have removed a lot of slot machines and replaced with a sports betting section. Need more service slot attendants or be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes when you push service button. Odds a are not good for winning here!

We ate at the buffet and it was great! The food was fresh and delicious, and there was a wide variety to choose from. Our server was prompt, efficient, and friendly. The atmosphere was nice, but the smell of smoke coming from the casino interfered with our enjoyment of the atmosphere and food.

Was a good day at the Isle, I won 3 jackpots and he won at KENO!! Some of the employees were nice but they could use customer service training!!

The food was great and very pleasing and the room was spectacular

Rooms were quiet and comfortable. There was plenty of space in the room. The room was clean but a little dusty. Could just be the location as we noticed some of our things were dusty after sitting out overnight. The pool area is nice. The farmers pick buffet and lone wolf resturaunt are both nice and have decent food. The service at the farmers pick buffet was a little slow and the staff were slightly rude. We did have a party of 10 but they were still slow to seat us and bring us drinks even though there was no one in line in front of us. The lone wolf bar had much betger friendly service. We chose to stay here becasue it was right next to the lost island waterpark that we were going to the next day. I would stay here again if we made another trip to the waterpark.

Smoke still gets in the non-smoking area. Non-smoking area is small and only two video poker machines were in the non-smoking area, and they were old machines. Video poker payout seems lower than at Riverside or Meskwaki.

Dont go to this place during the covid pandemic at all. It is a complete waste of time. The bar is closed so its nearly impossible to get a drink. You have to flag down a server that clearly doesn't care. None of the vending machines work. Half of the slot machines are shut down. The staff isn't heplful. This entire trip has been horrable and I dont know if im ever coming back

Had fun. Place was clean. About the same as Bettendorf.

I've lived within about 10 miles of the Isle Casino since it was built, but today is the first time I've been there. I'm not a gambler, but had talked about going with the Mrs for the buffet for quite a while, and finally did today.
Went for Sunday brunch and it was very good with a large variety of food. It is a bit on the pricey side (minus 1 star), but I will definitely go again because of the variety, quality, and taste of the food.

The lsle is second to the lowest be paybacks in the state

The food was pretty cheap. Not the smorgasbord the little restaurant

We had my service dog with us, the staff was extremely courteous regarding BEAR BARKER. We've been here many times with BEAR, and is nice to dine, stay over, gamble etc and be treated with kindness. Thank you Isle for s pleasant evening.

It's a casino. It's also Iowa. About as good as a casino can get?

Breakfast buffet was Fantastic Delicious and reasonable

They have the worst odds I swear not very often will you get lucky enough to actually win!!! But I go anyways cause I like to gamble after all you never win if you don't play

In the casino and waited for over 25 mins for my drink was not very happy. Also the slots do not play.

Not what its cracked up to be. Rooms don't look like the pictures and the bathroom has mold on the ceiling since no exhaust fans nor vents. Buffet is sub par for a Casino. Pool is for kids not adults too shallow and guests don't even get parking in front they have to park in general parking.

Very good place to stay. Casino has all games represented well. Seems to payout more on weekends and the end of the month. Friendly and helpful staff food in the restaurants is very good.

Small compared to the one in Lake Charles, no free beer. Did have a wonderful John Wayne slot game in the nonsmoking area that was lucky for me. Buffet was pricey at 16$/person, but if you're new to the fan club, and you play an hour, its free

We visited the Isle Casino May 20th for my neices 21st birthday! We had a blast!!! She even won $21.85! Not a huge win but hey a win is a win! Also we stopped into the bar had a Bartender named Jessica! She was the best bartender we ever had! Made my niece feel very special on her birthday!

Always a fun place to go, wish they would bring back the plinko game!

Sucks! The Isle Hotel and Casino is the devil, if there ever was such a thing.

The buffet provides lots of choices. Eat here regularly.
