M.T.H. Electric Trains Review

Since i cannot send an email, i will post a review here.

So my son had an issue after adding his brand new first.responders rail king set to his clubs hand held. Worked great until he got home and i lt would not connect using wifi.

I called the reatailer where we purchases to train less than a week before. They were horrible to deal with and would not let me speak to a technician.

I called mth and was on hold for over an hour twice. Finally spoke with someone in the office. His name is Rich Foster and he was great. He helped me on two days. I suggested we go back to factory settings bit he went through every troubleshooting ideas he could think of. Finally he had a technician call me and we spoke and said to get a factory reset at the train club.

Thjs worked like a charm.

This is not a train store. Corporate office ONLY. No retail. You can drop off items for repair. Make arrangements ahead of time.

Easy to get to and friendly service. I ordered some parts over the phone and being close by I could pick them up the next day.

Just dropped off some pieces for repair. Courteous and efficient service. MTH Electric Trains are top of the line for realizim and operation.

This is not a retail place, but headquarters, and design center. They will show you their awesome museum. Lots of parking
