My overall experience at the dealership was pleasant and my time spent there was productive. The new ownership seems great; my meeting with Jason in the finance department was also a pleasant experience.
My Sales representative Island CDJ, Joe Smith is outstanding! He once again managed to assist in finding a vehicle that would fit our needs. I have known Joe for several years and he always goes above and beyond to ensure that he can meet all my auto leasing and buying needs. I feel so strongly about my confidence in Joe that my loyalty to him transitioned even after the dealership changed ownerships.
Joe is a devoted individual who is always there for me. Living in a house where we have five drivers and five vehicles, it is critical to have a Sales Representatives as dedicated as Joe. To recap, in addition to this new JEEP Patriot, my house leases a 2017 and 2015 JEEP Compass, a 2015 Chrysler 200 and I own a 2003 Chrysler Town and Country. I can say that my loyalty is truly focused on my confidence in MOPAR vehicles. (My first car was a 1974 Plymouth Satellite Sebring). We are a family of dedicated MOPAR owners. While I am the original owner of the 2003 van, I will soon be in the market for another vehicle to replace that as well. There will be no hesitation in working with Joe to help meet these needs.
For my recent purchase, I was looking for a vehicle for my son Matthew. Matthew is a firefighter for the FDNY. He joined the department in November. Matt s focus was to lease a new, dependable vehicle. In working with Joe Smith, we decided to lease a JEEP Patriot. In leasing this vehicle, as a probationary firefighter, Matt has piece of mind that he has vehicle that he can depend on, in all-weather to get to and from his firehouse.
The delivery and pick up on Matthew s new JEEP was outstanding as well. The JEEP was pristine and clean and Joe Smith took the time to sit with Matthew to discuss the features and equipment in his JEEP.
I work for a large Financial Organization; at my firm we measure the client s experience by Net Promoter scores. These are scores based on client satisfaction and whether our customer s would recommend our company to another firm or client.

For my experience on this recent lease purchase, I give Island CDJ and my rapport with Joseph Smith very high Net Promoter Scores overall.
