Its been months and i am trying to get my date of birth changed on background check certificate which they entered wrong..no reply from them not at all .worst and slow service ever

I just gave them everything they wanted for my check, pic of my drivers license, my passport and of me, they said couldn t verify and schedule me a video call in 2 bloody weeks, first i was already waiting since September to even get the email and now this, i m trying to drive for Uber because i lost my job due to COVID-19, and they re making it impossible for me to work.. and they charge Uber $80, so at least when i do start working i ll lose money for 4 weeks.. but hey i m fine with that, i just want this process to speed up. RIDICULOUS

Found them very unprofessional, and they will deny you calling them back. Even if you advise them of the dates, times and extensions you called and left voice mails.

I have been using ISB for approximately 3 years now. I can say without a doubt their services have made my life 100% easier. They get my orders completed very quickly! I don't have time to chase down abstracts and criminal searches but with their system I don't have to they get everything done most times in less than 24 hours and I am able to make hiring decisions immediately. A terrible place to go ahead with the background check. For five days I am calling continuously at least thrice a day for the check and all these guys tell me that they will call me back which they never does. I am so furious right now, I have paid for it, I don't want it for free. What the hell is going on?

Very long service (more than two months of del.ais) and non-existent customer service. If you do not have the capacity to process requests quickly and easily you should consider not taking large contracts ...

Long Time and complicated procedures no phone number to assist Uber driver

When you know this method does not work why you follow it , I think only thing is not important for you is, people s time and plan. COVID looks like good reason for everything , First of all please respect your business second other people.

This is the worst company ever. The customer service representative do not know how to behave and they are just talkinv by their self. I called 3 times and my isuues havent solved. They are not ment for help they are just wasting time.

The worst service to check the background ... it's been two months that I am waiting for a response (so two me without work) while the process must take 5 working days according to their representative with whom I did a video call .... I hope Uber will change providers ...

Had a problem with my background check for Uber eats and a very nice lady listened and went out of her way to help me get my job back. Long process time, difficult background check on euber, never responding system. Can't believe that a system is this weak! I think you should try much to make a more unprofessional background check process for euber!!!!

I gave all my documents through the link for my uber sign up background check only to find out after calling uber for 2 weeks that for some reason it was never submitted and I have to schedule a video call for background check which I emailed back on 24th Feb with no response after many attempts to reach the person I just got a hold of nice person in accounting which led them to call me and set up a video call and 10 minutes before call asking for documents again which I did but video call never took place on the appointment that was 2 days ago and now I am trying to reach the person that can take a video call so that I can get started... I have not been responded at all let alone promptly. Their company website says responsive but they are least responsive people(apart from that nice lady in accounting) no communication at all, I would not trust them with my documents and not do business with them.. If I could give - stars I would... Very irresponsible company especially when it comes to sensitive things like backgroud check

I m a Uber driver. Long time never have problems with my back ground check this time this company never give answers to Uber. I called Uber them told me isb global. They send me link I m waiting 3 weeks never send anything I m still waiting . I did with taxi I received 10 minutes ?
