Living in a new building with 2 buildings, each with an elevator from Orona. In the 3 months that we live here, at least 8x failures in both lifts. Not the best advertisement.

Our Orona lift is down almost every week and that for a few years now, half of the residents no longer dare to take the lift.
What a deranged driver VR 467 5.
This morning he pushed me onto the cycle path in Heemstede, after which he rode with his wife's van. Har bike
been frequently at the lift but repair and / or maintenance is not possible to keep the lift movable. Unfortunately, it concerns an elevator where many elderly people live with a high walker content ...
Lifts from this brand break down faster than a crippled old lady on a rugby field.
We have been living in a brand new apartment complex with orona lifts for 6 months now, they have really stopped 30 times, of which 1 time 5 weeks because, as they say, the parts must come from Spain. Really every once in a while there is a malfunction or a jam. I am going to sell my apartment through it! Our friend also lives in the new building and Otis lifts have never had anything in 1 year. Orona = Drama
These elevators are already malfunctioning if you fart. In 2 weeks, someone has been detained 3x in the elevator. Scandalous. Made from the cheapest of the cheapest material.
Worst customer service I have experienced in times. Ms. could not help me and tell me when a mechanic would come. The mechanic says to have come but no one was open .. while my phone number is noted. He just could not have happened to my number. Meanwhile, my elevator still does not work. Bad service
I just arrived from Alphen aan den Rijn and go to the Greenwheels reserved parking space in Rotterdam, what do I find? An Orona van from Alphen aaan den Rijn taking the place.
With us in the new building 2 Orona lifts unfortunately. One has been broken for 2 weeks and the other every second. Unfortunately the quality is very disappointing. The builder says; once but never again this disaster brand and takes on a renowned brand for all upcoming projects, but we as residents have to go into the future with this scrap product
Very satisfied and helped quickly and dealt with.
We have 2 elevators in Amersfoort at our previous maintenance party it took much longer.
Therefore, all praise from our entire VVE board.
Ron, chairman of a VvE with 2 lifts from another brand.
Zeeeeeeeeer bad !!! From Sunday, the lift does not work ... Today, no one has been to fix it on Wednesday. Never leave a note that they are working on it or anything like that. Had at least 6 faults with the lift this month. I am going to file a complaint with VVE .. they do not realize what service Orona dear.
We received 2 of these orona emergency plan lifts in our new building. I heard from the construction company: once to never again! In 3 months about 20 disruptions where technicians had to come, a lift for 3 weeks out of use. And even a couple of times both lifts are broken! Parts must come from Spain. It also regularly happened that both lifts were broken. Seniors had to walk 15 high with the stairs !!! That will be something in the future.
It is outrageous that this company cannot get the only lift in a senior citizen complex to work. Seniors who depend on a walker or mobility scooter get a "solution" by means of a chairlift that cannot be used. But yes .... they have provided a solution? So don't whine.
You can wait for falls. The question is who can be held liable?
Terrible antisocial road driving. Not a calling card at all.
ZEEEEEEEEEEEER bad mechanics !!!!!!!! a lift mechanic should know how to fix a broken goods lift so that it works NORMALLY again, but the opposite is true with Orona. They come to LOOK and then say: I cannot do that, a colleague has to come for that. Then it takes days before they come, because according to them no mention has been made of it. And then make the elevator temporary, because after a few days the elevator is not working again. And again they are NOT coming. And parts for the lift to function NORMALLY they do not have (in stock), must come from Italy and that takes at least 2 weeks.
Do not work with this WORTHLESS lift company, because the chances are VERY big that you will get drunk. Only take action when pressure is put on them from above.
The lift will not work without notice due to maintenance. There are three houses in the entire complex that can only use that lift. All three residents use a mobility scooter or wheelchair. And the next day the elevator still doesn't work. And this happens very regularly.
Lift maintenance should take a few hours, not more than 4 days
Very bad experiences! Instead of solving a problem, a lift is completely switched off and no note is posted to inform the residents. Never have parts in stock so it happened once that the lift was off for a month and that in a senior apartment building. Scandalous! The number is also not accessible in the evenings to pass a fault (choice 5).
Living in a brand new apartment for 2 months and the elevators have been out of service at least 10 times (feels more like 20). One of my neighbours was locked in for 2 hours. They were eventually let out by firefighters and Orona was no where to be found.
For Rio de Janeiroplein, an agreement has been made with Hoekstra rental to have the lift renewed on July 31 and August 1, and the cables would be in service between 17:00 and 08:00.
To my utter surprise and without notice, the lift is now out of service on July 24th and July 25th and not between 5pm and 8am. Just outrageous and if you call both parties about it, it is playing hard to each other, one says A and the other B just lie and cheat, but the residents are the victims of this
Thank you Hoekstra and Orona
