Father-in-law with ambulance to hospital. Very professional care.

Just a positive 'shout-out' to the ladies in the white tent in front of the hospital. I had to take blood this morning and stood in line. People who don't want to put on a face mask, don't show patience, want to discuss the questions that were asked, terrible! Fortunately, the ladies remained calm and friendly. We have to do it together people !!

What an impersonal approach to blood collection. Two Westerners who are both curt in communication. It is quite close to the zum befehl principle.
Normally I go to Hardenberg hospital. What a difference in approach from staff to patient.

Friendly hospital staff well after wish. I think they can wear gloves in the restaurant. I arrived there to order a healthy sandwich. While I arrive, the staff are cleaning with a dish cloth and without washing their hands, making the sandwich with ham, cucumber egg and everything. And then you also pay 4 or 5 euros for that.

Doubt between 2 and 3 stars .. my wife was operated on by an ENT doctor, sent from Zwolle because of indication for IC. Dossier was forwarded, except that no bed had been arranged for her at the ICU, the bag had been lost again, it was in a completely different department than the ICU or nursing department.
Nursing at the ICU was reasonable. There is always a difference in sisters. One is friendlier than the other. The ENT doctor could not find anything about further appointments with the treating doctor in Zwolle / Kampen, while they were just there.

Excellent treatment, staff deserves the highest rating.

The care on B2 is always very professional and personal.
