Doubt between 2 and 3 stars .. my wife was operated on by an ENT doctor, sent from Zwolle because of indication for IC. Dossier was forwarded, except that no bed had been arranged for her at the ICU, the bag had been lost again, it was in a completely different department than the ICU or nursing department.
Nursing at the ICU was reasonable. There is always a difference in sisters. One is friendlier than the other. The ENT doctor could not find anything about further appointments with the treating doctor in Zwolle / Kampen, while they were just there.
