Awesome people. Owners are genuinely great. Such a great family

The customer service for this company is HORRIBLE. I ordered a coupon book that never came. I emailed them twice about it, and I got one response asking me to verify my address and then no follow up. It has been almost a month. I tried calling the company, and apparently they don't pick up the phone either. I have never been so disappointed in a company, and I honestly want to flag this company on my credit card as FRAUD. This experience was truly horrible and I will never be ordering from SaveAround again. They are extremely unreliable.

EDIT: I got through on the phone, and they are working to get my coupon book shipped.

After notifying this company for three years in a row that some restaurants are no longer accepting their coupons, they still continue to put those coupons in their magazine. The owner of one of the restaurant said he has told them three years in a row to remove his coupons. Since they cannot work out an agreement with the restaurant, they should discontinue putting that coupon in their magazine!!

Great products and fantastic customer service! It is the best way to raise funds for your organization with no hassle and no risks.

Businesses... do not sign up with this company. SaveAround allowed a former employee to sign up for coupons with his personal email and personal cell number. Our company never received any communications regarding the publications.

Two different company representatives have told us that they cancelled the unauthorized ads, but they continue to print them. We honored them at face value for customer goodwill for the first two years (since we didn't even offer some of the services that we advertised.)

Now we do not honor them. Instead we show customers where they told us that they were cancelled. It is bad business to sell something to customers that you know businesses are not going to honor.

SaveAround Fundraising products are an awesome way to cut your everyday expenses in almost 1/2. Love the book and the app!

The books are wonderful. Almost too many coupons to use; so plenty to share too. Great for gifts or buy a few to share.

Love my book! You only have to use it a couple of times to get your money back! And now they have the mobile app that offers even more value that I can use at home and when I travel!

Don t buy a book from these people!! Tried using two coupons now that have been denied by merchants. How are you going to sell a product that I can t even use?? I reported this back in November 2017 and am still waiting for an answer. Never buying another book from them when there s other options available.

We never signed up for this coupon. I would like to know if anyone knows how to get out of this company's book. I also would like to mention the only reason for 1 star is because I am forced to give them 1 star

They did not make the Monmouth, Ocean, Mercer and Burlington counties!!!! That's a real Bummer

Great company to fundraise with. They also have apparel fundraising programs and make cool shirts designs!
