Most Useless Site - I am trying to claim my free gift from Platinum life, I get as far as"Place Order" - nothing happens and afterwards they requesting your Billing details - Really, this is suppose to be a free Gift - is this a way to get hold of your Banking details. To summarise, I needed to exchange some of the products so I contacted Isabella Garcia International to start the process. A friendly consultant named Lelanie Rossouw was handling my matter. She was patient with my zillion questions, very informative and assisted in making the exchanges smooth. You can't send someone dark-skinned tone a very dark red lipstick and say you can't change it .

Am loving the policy, but the skin products its the opposite, am skin is developing pimples. I dont see any changes

I got bad service. I called last week Thursday
wanting to try the product but the person I spoke to was not helpful at all. It seems to me like she did not know what she needs to sell to me as I was explaining my skin problem. Very disappointing. I even gave my email address but no response...

I am a Platinum Life client and when I joined I received samples of Isabella Garcia International products. I was utterly amazed of the amazing skin care products. On the 29th of July 2019 I received a huge box with all the skin care products as well as some make up. The products are amazing and makes my skin glow and feel brand new. Tebogo Tsoai contacted me via email to explain about the products and also kept me in touch with the delivery. He is a gem to be kept, He is professional and very efficient in answering any queries. Started using Isabella Garcia products about 3/4 months ago, when it seemed as though nothing was working for me.
I don't see it yet but people have been telling me that my skin be looking good; softer (Ok its does feel softer and smoother), less blemishes and all. Plus the last time I ordered, I received free perfume which smells divine.

They'll sell you things you don't need and make you pay for it
I received boxes of shampoo but i don't even have hair.
these people offered me free gifts of beauty products and cologne.
the next month they send me the whole range and then I have to pay a ridiculous amount for stuff I don't need

I have been using Isabella-garcia for the last 4 years at least and can not only recommend their product but applaud them for their amazing service. They always solve issues promptly with friendly service and the 'surprises' that I always get in my packages have me so excited I can never wait for my next package. Their products are of high quality that makes me feel like a true woman worthy of spoils.

Hi ,I have heard a lot of good things about IG ,can't wait for my first delivery and the road to softer and amazing skin.

I have used Isabella Garcia Products for many years and have recommended the product to many of my friends over the years however I was surprised at their policy wrt gifts. The website says that you will receive a free gift if you purchase over the value R350 . I sent an email to the consultant and placed an order who never told me about this and I purchased products to the value of R700. I then queried it and she told me that its only applicable to the website. Therefore my suggestion would be not to order anything directly from a consultant but directly from the website. Also their delivery process over the years has changed and now you have to wait over 2 weeks for an order to be processed and delivered. So I would suggest you order way ahead of running out of a product. Consultant also got my address wrong when I emailed it to her , so double check that the company has given the correct address to the courier aswell. It seems as though once you hooked on the product the service does not get any better and they dont bother as much wrt loyal customers.

Fast respond received and very helpful. I am recommending Isabella to family and friends already and I am so eager to even work for Isabella

I've only been using the products for a few months now and I love the products. However I am not happy with the service I've received so far.

I applied on Instagram for one of your collections about 2 weeks ago and received no response.

I then sent an email and was never contacted.

I saw the Ad on Instagram again but in Afrikaans and still decided to apply again because I had not been contacted.

I sent an email to a consultant that helped me once before and I was told to apply again via instagram and wait 2 weeks to see if I get a response.

Now I'm unsatisfied as I've applied twice already and did it mid month so I could have the products beginning of June and now I have to keep a look out for the Ad as they change.

This has made me so unhappy as I wanted to add to the products that I am currently using.

I have a problem with my skin care products. Four consultants have contacted me regarding supplements and serums, but i have logged the complaint with all of them and requested that someone contact me. Over the past few months i have not been contacted and my issue has not been resolved ... All i hear is the person on the other side of the line apologising and then i get told they do not work in that section but will escalate to the relevant department... And i still wait.... Which leads me to strongly consider cancelling my account! As long as they get their money every month they couldn't give a rat's ass about ratification!

Saidly the product didn't work me ,they just made my face worse ,I the consultant TSHIMO she very rude , please help out black child I have situation neh ,I was using the products and I have Oliy skin for month hoping that they work I finished up 1st bottle hoping that my skin will be okay ,I realised that my skin is not getting better I called I spoke to Chantelle she asked me to return unused product ok I did so , how I'm asking the cut to cut the cost of what I have paid since the product made my face worse,I'm wrong ?
