Hi

I've only been using the products for a few months now and I love the products. However I am not happy with the service I've received so far.

I applied on Instagram for one of your collections about 2 weeks ago and received no response.

I then sent an email and was never contacted.

I saw the Ad on Instagram again but in Afrikaans and still decided to apply again because I had not been contacted.

I sent an email to a consultant that helped me once before and I was told to apply again via instagram and wait 2 weeks to see if I get a response.

Now I'm unsatisfied as I've applied twice already and did it mid month so I could have the products beginning of June and now I have to keep a look out for the Ad as they change.

This has made me so unhappy as I wanted to add to the products that I am currently using.
