I have used Isabella Garcia Products for many years and have recommended the product to many of my friends over the years however I was surprised at their policy wrt gifts. The website says that you will receive a free gift if you purchase over the value R350 . I sent an email to the consultant and placed an order who never told me about this and I purchased products to the value of R700. I then queried it and she told me that its only applicable to the website. Therefore my suggestion would be not to order anything directly from a consultant but directly from the website. Also their delivery process over the years has changed and now you have to wait over 2 weeks for an order to be processed and delivered. So I would suggest you order way ahead of running out of a product. Consultant also got my address wrong when I emailed it to her , so double check that the company has given the correct address to the courier aswell. It seems as though once you hooked on the product the service does not get any better and they dont bother as much wrt loyal customers.
