My ada access seat was as advertised. The bathroom was very clean. I was sad we couldn't buy my seat AND the meet The Minimalists experience, because it would've been really awesome to meet with them. It just wasn't a feature online.

This venue is my all time favorite to come to! Every time an artist is coming to town I always hope they are playing at Iron City. Great staff, great view from anywhere in the place. Free standing or you can purchase a reservation for seating up top. Smoking area and restrooms are a few steps away and easy access.

Took my daughter to Iron City for a concert she wanted to see. We arrived two hours early because I have a disability that causes debilitating pain in both feet so we needed to try to get in as soon as possible due to the pain.
We arrived and the line was already wrapped around the block. It took us two hours to get to the door and I was in so much pain all I could think that I'll be alright as soon as I get inside, then I can sit down.
I was already pouring of sweat and nauseous from the pain as we got in the door. I looked around and the maybe 12 tables in the entire place of course were already full, no seats anywhere. The only place I could see to sit was a stage to the right of of me but it was already full of people, the floor around the walls were completely full of people.
I did have to just sit in the middle of the floor but people kept running into me or stepped on me.
I finally had to leave 15 minutes after entering the building due to pain.
I paid a lot of money to sit in my car in Birmingham for a couple of hours in extreme pain.
I absolutely hate this place, there is no accommodation for people with disabilities. Would not recommend this venue to anyone since they do not have they obviously could care less about the needs of anyone with disabilities or the need accommodate them.

Very good small venue. Had seating in the floor, and raised area to stand with great sight lines. Sound was great. Pre-show meal and beverage at the Iron City Grill (attached) was great and made for easy entry to the venue for the show.

We love this venue!!! They offer such an easy in and out to the shows. Atmosphere is super laid back and if you go early you can have some options as to where you want to stand for the show. Never have had a hard time getting a drink at the bar for me or my guy. Not to mention, the tickets are SO affordable. This is our favorite show venue!

I LOVE this venue!! I was in a wheelchair last time i was there and the staff was incredible! They help you with everything and the bathrooms are amazing and great for handicap ppl. They provide a nice smoking area outside on a patio. I would recommend seeing a show here anytime you have the opportunity!

Fabulous venue. First off, their ticket sales are designed to ensure you aren't being ripped off by third parties. Second, when you start a tab at the bar, they give you back your card immediately so you can close it out at the end of the night (they do have a $10 minimum for cards, so $3 bottles of water work in your favor). Third, they have reserved seating on the balcony level. I've never reserved one because I love being able to get close to the stage. That's the fourth thing. General Admission means if you really want to, you can wiggle through the crowd and get right up next to the stage. Which is amazing for such an intimate venue. Bands will sometimes come out to greet fans after the show, which again is crazy awesome.

Great place and performers. I was not pleased nor comfortable with the security pat down required to enter. I will keep this in mind next time I consider this venue. I was very pleased with the place other than that.

I love coming here. My opinion the BEST place to come for a show. Sure it's a little smaller than other places but its so amazing to be able to share such an amazing experience with tons of other people. The bartenders are always friendly and so is the rest of the staff. The best band always come here and they do lots of other amazing things like weddings and parties.

Iron City was an absolutely amazing venue for our wedding and reception. The building itself has a natural beauty that gives great life to the space. The space itself allowed us to flow from ceremony to cocktails to dinner and dancing for >150 people in a spacious yet intimate space. Asides from the marriage itself, the best part of Iron City was working with Michelle. From the initial walkthrough to the day of, Michelle and her team put so much effort into helping make your wedding dreams come to life. Michelle and her assistant Arielle are a dynamic duo that made the entire planning process and day of shenanigans completely stress-free. If you want a wedding with great food, local brews, historical charm, and options to meet any and all budgets then give Michelle a call. I can t recommend this venue highly enough!
