Nice staff but it would be nice if you could reserve equipment before hand.

Needs to improve climbing section, very little SRT climbing gear. Customer service on the rental side can be very unresponsive. Gentlemen at counter are responsive and helpful.

K&K Supply is a very very great place for constructional needs it's like a Home Depot and a Fabick mix it has all of your building needs and some things you don't need if you are dealing in construction road work building a house or Anythink constructional this is your place I highly recommend you to go there if you're dealing in construction and need things

They have some good products but their organization is garbage. Half the time they don't know where their own employees are and they have a hard time finding things you need.

Overall I've had a good experience here. The staff is knowledgeable and they have a wide variety of rental equipment.

It's like a lot of other rental companies; if you want to pick something up on a Saturday morning, bring breakfast...everyone else had the same idea!

Otherwise, haven't had any problems with purchased or rented equipment.

I do wish there was an online reservation for rentals. I feel like that would free up a lot of the front staff's time.

If you need to get the job done K&K will rent you the equipment you need. With K&K around, you don't have to break your back or your bank. Smart contactors keep a good relationship with this company. Without them, the small guy would not have a chance. I know for a fact Etched in Stone Concrete is very pleased with everything K&K has done for them to Excell.

The place opened on time and is staffed with knowledge people that want to ensure you not only have the correct equipment for the job but also make sure you know how to use it. I was in and out in 20 min with a boom lift. Drop off was a breeze. I will be back in the future depending on my needs.

If they don't have it or can't get it you don't really need it. Great bunch of employees, incredibly helpful.

Service is slow. Front desk people have an attitude like your bothering them. Always out of equipment.

Good service but have had some problems with some of the rental machinery here.

The manager Tony saved me at least an hour and half by physically checking the inventory when the inventory software stated the item I needed was not available. Thank you for taking the effort to do that.

Great people over here.... They get you set up right. Concrete house, Big rental division - also sell tools, power tools, accessories, clothes: bibs, hi vis, etc.

Great place for rentals with only one exception! When you pull into the lot for loading and unloading your rental the exit and entrance is now backwards from what it was before! If you've gone there a lot it's confusing! The staff still deserve 5 stars in my book!

I've rented from K&K a few times, and it's been a mixed experience.

PROS: They're generally friendly, and they stock just about everything. Chances are, if you need it, they have it. And their prices are as good or better than anyone's.

CONS: Because they stock so much, they don't always know what they have. For example, I recently rented a floor sander, which I reserved a week in advance. I specifically asked whether they sell paper for that unit and if they have enough on hand for ~800 sq ft. I was told yes. Lo and behold, when I showed up, they had enough paper for 100-200 sq ft. Big box stores don't stock that sort of paper, and it was a weekend, so it took a couple hours to locate and visit another rental house that was open with that particular unit from which I could buy enough sandpaper for the job.

This would have been a very different review had they actually checked their inventory and said, yeah, we have the unit, but we don't carry much paper. I likely would have still rented from K&K and ordered the paper online.

They were marginally apologetic when I returned the unit. They just kind of shrugged and said they were sorry that happened.

Great place to run to club from. We go there for rental on Larger equipment and it's always in good shape
