I will not ever go back. One time was enough for ...

I will not ever go back. One time was enough for me and I have been all over and seen many shows at small venues all over the country. I was harassed as soon as I entered. I can understand a little pat down, but having to take out your nicotine vape and blow in the bouncers face before you enter the establishment????
They were doing it to everybody.. isnt that like a violation of personal rights or harassment? What if you brought the vape pen in for someone else and you don't even smoke them? It gets thrown away???

Really??? And with a cop standing there watching??? Really???
I saw many people having to throw vapes in the trash upon entrance because they said they were marijuana. It is lucky they did not get arrested. They paid for a ticket to walk into an establishment and get harassed and possibly arrested on private property? Hmm... I wonder who was digging in those trash cans later that worked there.
It's obvious what is going on. Security gets all the confiscated goods (whatever) out of the trash later and sell it/use it for personal use.
Sounds like maybe "Iron City" should owe somebody some payback.

So, if you go to this venue .. do not ... I repeat ...do not bring your vape or anything else. You may get arrested over pettiness.
It's like your in kindergarten up here in B'ham' yall!!! I've seen shows in Montgomery , ATL, and all over and its has always been smooth (I'm a paying patron) .

Later, during the show, a bouncer leaned into me and was staring at my pocket and said there was a vape.. he saw a light "I see a light in your pocket" .. it was my phone lit in my pocket.. I couldn't even enjoy the show without being interrupted with stupid non-sense. This activity went on all during the show to many patrons. I think if some of these artists that play here knew how their fans were being treated they would never come back. I sure would not.

Also, the way the flow of the entrance to the stage (around the bar area) is setup, there is soooo much traffic going through its a constant traffic jam to even get a drink or go to the bathroom.. or to get a good spot to see the show.. good luck!!! And the "green line - the path" .. dont stop in the green line .. keep moving.... It makes you feel like a convict on top of all the other harassment.
