Called them on Monday to provide my insurance information to fill a prescription. Was told someone would call me back shortly to confirm shipment. I still hadn't heard back by Friday. When I called back they had all the necessary information that needed to be related to me but no one ever called. On top of that they had no knowledge of a promotion that there pharmacies were running.
Only pharmacy i know that I can communicate with via email - very convenient and efficient for people who work full time and don't have the time to wait on hold with other pharmacies, only to suffer several miscommunications before arriving at the final answer of whether or not you can get a simple refill.
My interactions with Travis, the gentlemen who initially helped me with my prescription: "Hey Travis, I am interested in getting a refill on my ______. How should i proceed?" [email sent at 2:35pm]. Travis, at 4:04pm the same day, "Hi, I have completed the refill request. Has your address changed? We would like to mail your prescription. There is no co-payment. Thanks."
If only there were more Travis' and efficient companies like Irmat in the world. Thank you for a lovely experience.
Pricing was dramatically better than local pharmacies. Once the initial prescription was received from the doctor and insurance checked, they sent it right out via express mail. Customer services was extremely helpful and responsive. I will definitely use them again.
These people were great. Very understanding and professional. They had a lot of knowledge about the product. They shipped it very fast and I saved alot of money using them. They are a great Pharmacy.

I really appreciate the ability to enter a call back number without losing my place in line and not having to stay on hold. I was called within 10 minutes by a very pleasant gentleman.
The online registration is easy to use, saving time not having to do that over the phone. I had an email question with a response back within the hour.

It's been 4 weeks since I first called in my prescription with Irmat.
Week one - called in the refill, didn't hear back after 3 days, called Irmat for status and was told that they would look into it and call me back.
Week two - called Irmat for an update on the status of my prescription and was told that for some reason it wasn't processed but they would process it for me this time.
Week two - mid-week, didn't hear back from Irmat, called again for a status and was told that their billing department would call me shortly for my credit card info.
Week three - called Irmat again for a status and was told that again, the refill order wasn't processed for some reason but they will put it through for sure this time and someone will definitely call me back with an update.
Week three - mid-week, didn't hear back from anyone. Called Irmat AGAIN and was told that this time for real, they are putting my prescription through.
Week four - Karen and Matthew at Irmat were very helpful and actually called me back with updates as promised but I still do not have my prescription in hand.
Good thing the medication isn't going to cause serious health issues if I didn't take it in time. Will never use this company again - while this is the first time I've encountered such a lengthy delay in filling my RX it certainly isn't the first time Irmat has delayed my RX. I only use them because my Doc recommended then but I'd rather take my business to my local Duane Reade. Don't use this company if you are relying on timely delivery.
Getting a prescription from here online (truthfully, mostly by phone) is such a hassle. I started going here to get my Oracea for $25. Now it's $167 and they do not ship things in a timely fashion. It takes days. It would be so much easier to go down the street to my regular pharmacy and I don't have to use the phone. Emailing takes too long to get a response. Calling is better. One nice thing is that they will hold your place in line and call you back. Don't miss it, though! Then you have to call back. So you might be playing phone tag.
I wouldn't give them any stars if I had the chance. I have been waiting to get my prescription refilled and registered on line and I have heard nothing. I have called multiple times and of course no one answers the phone. Thank goodness I don't need any medications that are detrimental to my health because I would be dead by now. This is extremely unprofessional and they should be closed!
I loved the pharmacy the first few months i used it, all my prescriptions came on time and were free as my doctor said they would be. However, a few months ago i called my prescription refill in and didn't speak to a person, and said my order was sent. It didn't come so I called a week later, spoke to a machine again and said my refill was on its way. It still did not come so I called again and requested to speak to a person I was put on hold multiple times and the man said my prescription was delivered and I still have not received it weeks later.
Dermatologist referred us to Irmat due to their specialty in dermatology prescriptions. They have the lowest prices and the process is extremely fast and efficient. Online refills/payments make it simple. In a sometimes frustrating quest for good skin, this pharmacy has made at least part of it less stressful. Highly recommend!!
