I have invested with Naiknavare @ Esmeralda Project at GOA. Amenities are AWESOME!!!!

I have a flat in premium scheme Spires. My Ac compressor has been not working from day one. Also many window nets are not functional. Numerous complaints have not yielded any result.

The place is pleasant, which is not a usual thing for a real estate developer office .
The staff is receptive for visitors even when it is not for business purposes.
Located in the city, the building lacks parking space and supposedly not very friendly for disabled

I invested in Project Dwarka in 2014.Started paying EMI's since June 2014 and till date (NEARLY 6 YEARS) after 90% disbursement, this pathetic builder is not ready with the flat for possession. These guys have also crossed RERA registered possession date. Any way I can take them to court? Any help and suggestionssuggestiopns

I have my flat in Dwarka Chakan, I had been complaining from past five years about seepage in my flat, no one getting resolve my issues. Every time I had sent them a mail but they give the same reasons every time. The quality of construction is not good.

A very good construction company and also the staff is very supportive.. all in all good place for civil engineering jobs as well as for real estate options...
