It's been 4 weeks since I first called in my presc...

It's been 4 weeks since I first called in my prescription with Irmat.

Week one - called in the refill, didn't hear back after 3 days, called Irmat for status and was told that they would look into it and call me back.

Week two - called Irmat for an update on the status of my prescription and was told that for some reason it wasn't processed but they would process it for me this time.

Week two - mid-week, didn't hear back from Irmat, called again for a status and was told that their billing department would call me shortly for my credit card info.

Week three - called Irmat again for a status and was told that again, the refill order wasn't processed for some reason but they will put it through for sure this time and someone will definitely call me back with an update.

Week three - mid-week, didn't hear back from anyone. Called Irmat AGAIN and was told that this time for real, they are putting my prescription through.

Week four - Karen and Matthew at Irmat were very helpful and actually called me back with updates as promised but I still do not have my prescription in hand.

Good thing the medication isn't going to cause serious health issues if I didn't take it in time. Will never use this company again - while this is the first time I've encountered such a lengthy delay in filling my RX it certainly isn't the first time Irmat has delayed my RX. I only use them because my Doc recommended then but I'd rather take my business to my local Duane Reade. Don't use this company if you are relying on timely delivery.
