Entrance should be examined by the Data Inspectorate as they use questionable methods. We now have the THIRD case in less than ONE MONTH that has proceeded with the injunction to the Crown Magistrate. All invoices paid before, but without knowledge of collection fees.
The problem is that Intrum does not send out any collection claims or reminders. They just take the case, put in their fees and then pass the case on, completely without knowledge of the victim ... A real profit machine in other words.
That this happens once, OK, mistakes happen. But THAT SAME CASE HAPPENS THREE TIMES IN LESS THAN A MONTH IS NOT A FAILURE - IT IS A SYSTEMATIC PROCEDURE !!!!!
After a quick googling, the reviews clearly show that their business concept is based on just this: to take the case, put on their fees, not to send out any collection claims or reminders, add on additional fees and interest, and then pass it on to the Kronofogden - everything under the radar.
