InTouch Wellness Center Review

Coming to In Touch was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I came in with extreme lower back pain and I thought I would just get treated for the pain and sent on my way, but instead, I was given a plan to not only ease my pain but correct the underlying issue for long term success. As if that wasn't enough, every time I walk through the front door, I am greeted with smiles and genuine concern for my well-being! Every single staff member is extremely friendly and caring! My pain is improving and I am feeling stronger than I was before I hurt myself! In Touch has gained a life long patient and I highly recommend them!!

Since coming to In Touch Wellness i have returned back to work and have complete relief of my sciatic pain. The environment plus the knowledge of the amazing people who work there make for a perfect place to recieve healing and care! I would recommend In Touch Wellness to any and everyone i meet who is suffering from any kind of back pain. Thank you In Touch Wellness for everything you guys have done for me!!

I started a program of rehabilitation at In Touch wellness center. I had been experiencing daily neck and mid back pain for 12 years!
The pain was moderate to severe,and it was relentless. After just 5 weeks of care, my pain levels decreased from an 8 to a 1, and my comparative x-Rays showed marked structural improvement!!
I started having complete days where I was pain free!!!

I have been dealing with chronic disc pain for the majority of my adult life and could not find any relief, that was until I walked into in touch wellness. Not only is the chiropractic care top notch but Leslie and Al make the experience amazing and even make my 5 year old son feel like family. This place is a scam!! 3 visits and they charged over $11,000!! OUTRAGEOUS!! neck brace . . $2300. Office visit $485 . . . A specialist doesn't even charge that ludicrous fee. This is not a practice of care . . It's a practice of insurance fraud.

This place has helped me SO much! I pulled my back out very badly and they were able to quickly get me in and have helped me heal so quickly. The entire staff here is so incredibly nice and you can tell they genuinely care. I highly recommend this place.

I would highly recommend this office if you have any neck or back pain. They also do massages, xrays, acupuncture and patient of the month. The environment is a place I can't wait to get to. You welcomed with smiles and immediate help. Definitely worth a visit!

I have been going to In-Touch for several years. When I started, I suffered from chronic whiplash. My neck, shoulders, and back were so bad and I would get bad throbbing headaches multiple times a month. Now, my pain is a fraction of what it used to be and I rarely get those throbbing headaches any more. On top of that, they have a PA on staff, through whom I was correctly diagnosed for my stomach issues through their food sensitivity testing. Once I cut out the foods my body couldn t process, my stomach issues resolved! Everyone on staff is amazing and friendly. You ll love Al at the front desk.

I LOVE this place in the atmosphere. The staff were attentive and generally care, they listen to your worries concerns and issues that you may have with your plan. They make a personalized plan and adjusted as needed. I am currently on my fourth week of a 3-months three times a week correction plan. When I first came to in touch Wellness Center I was in an extreme amount of pain and was getting migraines three times a week that I have never had before. The pain has lessened significantly and I have only had a few migraines within the four weeks. I can't imagine going to another Wellness Center.

This team of professionals is amazing! I've been to a chiropractor before and this is a million times more than just a chiropractic clinic. They have a full range of services and everyone is very kind and understanding. The traction was terrifying and they have been basically holding my hand through the whole process. It's a long drive from where I live but I wouldn't entertain the thought of doing this anywhere else.

My adjustment was really weak compared to other chiropractors we have been to. It seemed as if they did not want to give us proper treatment because we didn't have insurance.They try to make you sing up for 20-36 sessions and must pay upfront for the "better price". This is not what we were told over the phone.
Overall they have a nice sales tour, but we were looking for serious injury treatment. There are far better and more experienced chiropractors.

I have been coming to In Touch for just over a year and they are amazing ! I started coming for
my migraines and those are far and few between. I had a recent back injury : I have been coming 3xs a week for 5 weeks and I have no pain as of today ! They are truely amazing and generally care about your health here . The staff is awesome as well !

I have been to the Wellness Center at least 10 times and have experienced nothing but excellent treatment for my back via massage, adjustments and spinal decompression for an aging lower back on which I had surgery 23 years ago. I have nothing but good things to say about the two doctors, Carla Diana and Angelo Pasano. The office manager, Al and Danny, who sets me up for the spinal decompression have been consistently thoughtful, professional and cordial.

Finally getting real help and answers for my daughter! Everyone is so nice and understanding. I highly recommend going here for real healing and wellness

I've been going to chiropractors most of my life. In Touch is a complete wellness center. They have helped me so much more, with the decompression helping my back and my bulging disk, I have a lot more strength and flexibility now. My posture is improved, with my right leg being shorter then the other the x rays showed it and they put a lift in one shoe. I walk better now and have better posture!!

Before I started going there I was in a lot of pain and thought i was going to miss work or be on disability. After the first month the I had very little pain and getting better everyday.

I highly recommend In Touch if you have any neck or back pain. They off wide range of service like massage, xray decompress adjustment just to name a few I would never choice any place else for my neck or anything else. I would refer anyone if they need any help a chiropractor you will not reget it.

I finally found it!! A great place to come in and get some much needed body care. I've been having upper neck and knee issues for a while now but with the therapies and exercise I've been taught here combined with the awesome chiropractic adjustments, I'm feeling like a younger me! All the staff is very friendly and very helpful specially with the consults before actually signing up. I was told about what my body needed and what the plan of action would be to get me feeling in tip top shape. Coming into the office is the highlight of my every scheduled day because i know i will be taken care of and will be feel much better.

I was given a plan with their Rehab system and voila I am pain free after following their regimen for a few months including adjustments with my favorite Chiropractor, Dawn! They showed me how to stretch at home with and do my physical therapy moves to keep up my progress! I couldn t be happier! Thank you InTouch!

The care and knowledge provided by Dr Carla & Dr Angelo is first rate. They helped me understand what led to my back issues, developed a plan of action and delivered results. In Touch is truly one of a kind. This was my first experience going to a chiropractor so I had no idea what to expect. From my initial consultation with Alyssa and Dr. Dawne, to now being 10 weeks into treatment, they have been truly amazing. The whole staff are all so caring and friendly.

Al is always there to greet you when you first walk in with a smile and a nickname. Leslie, Kalah, and Alyssa are always in such good spirits and constantly check on you to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. You can't help but be in a good mood once you get around them!

As I approach almost three months of treatment, I'm noticing less lower back pain that was constantly there and improved posture. I am so glad I finally made the decision to visit In Touch Wellness. I met the therapists of In Touch at a vendor event they were participating in and giving chair massages. I met Laura and was telling her about some issues I d been having. So I scheduled an appointment with her and she was amazing. Very friendly and professional. They re office is really nice. They do way more than just massages. I highly recommend for anyone dealing with any sort of pain, or that just wants a nice massage.

I have been treated in many different Chiropractic offices for most of my life, with the same old adjustment approach. At In Touch my treatment approach is rehabilitative. I have never felt better and my body is actually experiancing healing not just maintenance. I am off the pain meds I was taking daily for many years. Love the Docs and Staff wonderful people!

I like how friendly and welcoming the people are. They are will to help however they need to. I have been to other chiropractors in the past but In Touch is by far the place I would recommend to others. They have helped me so much in such a sort time, I'm glad I found In Touch Wellness Center.

Had a 90 minute massage done today by I believe her name was Melissa and she was amazing and wonderful. She wore a mask from when she greeted to me to when I left. The reason for my 1 star rating though is because of everyone else that worked their and clients. From when I entered no one wore mask, practiced social distancing or even had the waiting room set up for it. They did have me wash my hands only to talk to me a few inches from my face. I had high anxiety and debated on walking out and I should have. The only reason I didn't is because they had me put my credit card number down to set the appointment up in case I canceled last minute or was a no show. So I was going to be charged. My own fault for not walking out then and then disputing the charge when it went through. Not ONE person employed and I saw at least 6 of them wore a mask, not one client was wearing one. I was the odd man out. I felt overwhelmed. Then my therapist came to greet me and she had a mask on and I felt relief. She saved the appointment. I did vent my concern to her and told her I'd be leaving a review about this. During Covid I shouldn't feel unsafe going to get a massage. I booked here as the guinea pig for several people that live in my neighborhood across the street. I will say that not one of those 4 neighbors will be going now knowing about this. I also booked here as it was in the neighborhood and I wanted something closer to home. Well even though my therapist did amazing and wore a mask for her safety and mine, I will not recommend this place to anyone. I was planning on booking my spinal decompression and chiro examination when I left but didn't end up doing so. I'm very disappointed in such a pretty place and being so close to home not practicing safety. I will not go here again and I tipped my therapist and thanked her for being so nice and helping keep me safe also.

Amazing facility! Very big open room. And how can I even sum up Carla the chiropractor, she is amazing at what she does, and she really takes the time to listen to what you have to say and where ur pain is at and then tackles that pain or discomfort like a BOSS!

I am extremely disappointed in the service with one of the ladies when I went in to sign up for a membership. I booked a couples massage for a saturday a few weeks ahead of time and was told to come in to fill out all the paperwork before the day of appointment if I could. I went in the day before and was told she cancelled because I didn't come in to fill out the paperwork. I gave her my direct cell phone number to call if she had any questions or if she had any last minute cancels. She did call but it wasn't my phone and never called the phone number I gave her. She was beyond RUDE and then asked me in a disgusted voice "are you still going to sign up" as she took the form off the counter. I told her "it doesn't sound like you want me to" I walked out before she could say any other rude comments to me. We will be getting a membership somewhere else.

Just started the wellness program and the service has been wonderful. Patient, knowledgeable staff that assist you throughout you treatment time. Recommend to anyone who is looking for pain relief.

I went to In Touch after I saw a groupon from them ..with a x-ray included!
my pain level was a 8-9..they did groupon appointments for 3 weeks 3x a week (groupon was $45 I think)..Because the progress was going so well and the pain kept going down,I continued to keep going paying reg price(a little discount for doing auto payment) they worked with me on payment..after about 3 months - total pain level was a 1..maybe a 2 in the morning..till I got moving..Decompression was the answer..oh my god..what a difference..if your in pain GO THERE..expert service..expert explanation.. If you are in pain - look for the answer- they perfer to do x-rays first..thats professional!..I wasted 3 months at the JOINT little relief from them...Don't be in pain go look for your answer

Dr. Hennessey is a fantastic chiropractor. She has helped me with my back for a number of years now. The staff att In Touch Wellness Center are very helpful effective therapist.

Best therapy ever! They first stretch your back and then adjust you. Decompression has made my carpel tunnel and elbow tennis dissappear! No surgery, no pills! Dr Pisano is great for sport injuries.

I have been welcome to this place for a month, I had suffered from this pain in my back and neck for many years and I have taken many medications and my doctor has done many X-rays and it is incredible in 3 weeks I got rid of pain and I have improved a lot, and the staff is friendly and they help you a lot I am very happy with the results

I had never used a chiropractor before. I was diagnosed with arthritis in the LS section of my spine and decided to finally try something to alleviate some pain. Initially, things went well, but I was wondering why the person that should have reviewed my insurance with me was being evasive. I found out that my insurance did not list this facility in any way at all. It appeared that they would take additional X-Rays, only to get me back for another followup visit. All procedures have been out of pocket. On my last last visit, I decided to have an adjustment done (again, OOP cost), which I never had before. It went great at first, with pressure applied to my back, then neck. But then so much pressure was applied to my back that a loud pop occurred and there was pain on the upper R-Hand side of my rib cage. I still have pain there after '7' days, and this is most painful when I try to sleep. My initial thought process of chiropractic care, and we all have heard this from parents and others, are that they are "quacks".

Amazing group! This is not your typical place. They truly work on the issue and believe in rehabilitation of the issue. They are amazing.

I ve been a patient at In Touch for a few years. I moved across town but their warm, welcoming environment and caring, knowledgeable staff make the long drive worth it. Not only did the chiropractor help me with my back pain, the PA helped me with my diet, and their massage therapist is the best I ve ever been to. I can't say enough good things about In Touch! The staff are all extremely helpful and beyond friendly. Even if it is a busy day, or if I'm the only one in there receiving treatment, everyone always checks in to see how I'm doing and offer any assistance if needed.

Kayla, Leslie & Alyssa (sorry if I spelled any of your names incorrectly) are always very cheerful & help make what would normally be a dull experience, fun & enjoyable. They all greet me by name when I get there, which they do with every client (not a small feat, as I can barely remember my own name some times, let alone dozens of them a day).

Then there is Al at the reception desk. Al rounds out the entire crew, always greets me with a smile & is quick with the witty humor.

I've been going in for therapy for nearly 2 months now & I've noticed a dramatic reduction in pain and an improvement in posture. In Touch is far more than just a chiropractic center, which is what I was expecting when I walked in. As the name says, it is truly a WELLNESS Center!

It also doesn't hurt that they always play great music while I'm there. I have pretty eclectic tastes when it comes to music & they never fail to impress.

Overall, I HIGHLY recommend In Touch & I can't recall a time where I've encountered a better, friendlier crew. My visits here are one of the highlights of my day.
