I was in Portsmouth for a two-week study holiday and I must say I had a great time. The campus is in the city with residence in two minutes from downtown, and classes 5 minutes from the shopping center where the Gunwharf Quays and Spinnaker Tower where we often went for a ride in his free time. My 15 year old daughter was on a study vacation in New York last summer. I think I made about nine trips from Group Leader with Interstudio and every experience gave me something and above all taught me a lot. On a human level, it is truly an indescribable journey, in fifteen days so many people are known and so many emotions are felt that two lives are not enough! And then when you can visit more different destinations among them in the same summer, maybe first the United States and then England, then you feel your mind open up, and a little you hope it will happen also to the guys who are there with you, who want affirming their independence often for the first time, but that in the end always seek the reassurance and guidance of an adult by relying on you. Certainly some trips have been more memorable than others, but for each shift I really think it was worth it and if I continue to work with Interstudio Viaggi it is because so far I have always felt protected and never abandoned in the small and big emergencies that can happen in each path. I hope it will continue to be like this in the future ... towards new goals, new friendships and old and new colleagues from all over the world.
My son has just returned with his group from Malta, were it not for his teacher who has tried in every way to make this experience in some positive way, I must confess that organization, staff structure, they were really outrageous. You must be ashamed to sell false promises at a high price.
The experience made with Interstudio is more than negative and a star is too much. Let's start from the contest: a mockery because in the end they decide to elude their own rules. (making everyone remain unhappy). The backpack? Only for a lucky few. The internationality of the classes? (all Italians as now are not found in any school on national territory). The language study hours? Truly few. If something happens? The boys over do not have the material support, even the human one. The Group Leader is any teacher who wants to have a free holiday (practically non-existent). If you need information? If you write an e-mail asking for explanations ?. They pretend nothing and if you're lucky, they answer, only to those points from which others can come out more or less cleanly, or have not seen or understood them. To this day I still await their response. I hope that this review will not be canceled because it must serve to parents who, like me, run into their self-proclamations and who have to be calm when their kids are out. To respond to what was said by interstudio to justify: 1 You should know that Sabrina and other kids did not have the backpack, indeed you should be informed about everything about your College. 2 The likes of the video section are the most numerous and also said Mr. Diego. 3 I have sent you dozens of e-mails and you, as a reminder, you have answered only one e-mail.
Like others, I also booked a study holiday for my daughter in the USA in early 2019. Then due to Covid it didn't start. But be careful because here that Interstudio travels he used cunning and dishonesty, he did not cancel the trip! but he cleverly wrote an email in which he suggested to give up the trip ... sure so there were no costs for them and the partial reimbursement plan was triggered that was downloaded to the insurance company! therefore they got the maximum income without any expense! Even a difficulty to fulfill in which I had shown myself ready to pay all the rest of the fee was useless. Their intransigence and dishonesty went so far as to tell me that even if I paid the entire fee and they canceled their trip, which was in fact, they would only return vouchers. Perhaps they will have temporarily saved the budgets in that period, but in demonstrating all their arrogance, unavailability and lack of professionalism they created the conditions for all of us (adhering to the trip) to become the greatest negative spokesmen of an unreliable company.

My daughter has recently returned from Malta with her group and their English teacher. L 'experience was not at all positive. if it had not been for the presence of friends and of the teacher who did his best to stop in unpleasant situations:
- Hotel inadequate and dilapidated with little cleaning and cockroaches
- poor food of low quality
- poorly organized and chaotic excursions. Certainly not to be repeated
Bad experience. I had booked a study holiday for my two daughters in the US in December and paid the first two payments. The trip was canceled due to the COVID emergency. I therefore expected Interstudio to fully reimburse the fees paid. Instead I am informed that I could leave the fees paid for a trip to be organized next year or I could cancel the trip as if I had made an individual voluntary waiver of the cancellation conditions set out in the contract (which provided only for a partial refund, in particular they would not be reimbursement of the opening costs and expenses relating to the zero risk guarantee). It seemed to me that the organization did not choose a serious behavior which clearly does not aim to protect customers. In this condition, however, I decided to request immediate reimbursement, I would not have trusted to remain engaged in white with this organization. The icing on the cake occurred at the time of the actual refund. In the contract conditions it was specified that I should take advantage of the brothers discount which consisted of paying 50% of the opening costs. I therefore expected that at the time of the refund, only 50% of the opening fees would be retained. Instead, to my surprise they hold back the whole fee. The ranting explanation I received by telephone is that I would have received this discount only in full payment of the sum, but this specification is not written in the contract. It seemed to me a way to try in every way to screw customers, I do not imagine what can happen when more consistent figures are at stake as in the case of planning a year abroad for the children. I also found the arrogant and indifferent attitude towards the client's motivations of the person contacted by telephone to be unsavory. For me, this study holiday was a test to understand the seriousness of the organization also in view of a more significant experience abroad. But given this experience, I will certainly never rely on Interstudio Viaggi again.

I participated in the Exchange program for 6 months in the United States. the agency is well organized and the staff has been available to solve all my problems even during my stay and for all the bureaucracy. It should be remembered that once there, more reference is made to the American partner rather than to them, especially for reasons of convenience!

I have been traveling as a carer for several years and I cannot imagine a summer without study holidays, it is also thanks to them that I have been able to travel the world and meet many friends of all nationalities! Organized, serious and always attentive to detail!
I recently returned from a study holiday in Exeter. The campus is beautiful and surrounded by greenery, I enjoyed a lot of excursions (Tintagel is wonderful!) And lessons outside the classroom - which made me discover the city and talk to the locals. I didn't expect much from the canteen which was really good (for a college canteen abroad). Highly recommended study holiday!
I had already used Interstudio on two occasions in the past years, when everything went smoothly and well, so much so that I decided to rely on them again. Unfortunately, however, this last experience was extremely negative. I am not referring to the quality and assistance during the trip, which I cannot evaluate because it did not take place, but to the administrative management. These are the facts: in October I booked the fourth high school abroad for my son and at the same time as the deposit I joined the insurance guarantee proposed by Interstudio which provides for a refund of the fee in the event of cancellation due to school debts (to give the idea, cost of the guarantee: over 500 euros). The school debt has unfortunately arrived, I presented the report card and documentation within the terms and the refund request was accepted. But the amount due, instead of in cash as required by the guarantee, was returned to me in the form of a voucher! I had to resort to a legal warning to have recognized the cash refund that was due to me. For this serious wrongdoing I do not feel to recommend it and personally I will not contact them anymore.
I am an English teacher and I have been collaborating with Interstudio Viaggi for a couple of years. I want to release this review to underline the professionalism and passion that this company is able to convey. Comparison to other realities with which I have dealt with over the years, they are the number ONE !!! Especially in the months of the lockdown, they were able to guide and support us like no one else has been able to do.

I speak following a five-month experience in Ireland, near Galway. My daughter Giulia went to England for two weeks in London (Uxbridge Discovery package), she didn't want to go home and leave her friends. I was in Edinburgh for a Queen Margaret study holiday. It was the first experience I had abroad, I was afraid of not making friends and not enjoying the experience, instead everything was perfect! I met so many guys with whom I made friends both from my group and from Russians and Spaniards. The campus is beautiful and every night we could rest easy talking on the lawn (when it wasn't raining). The excursions then ... we visited the city far and wide and those of the whole day made me discover Scotland. I would go back immediately!
