Bad agency.

Bad agency.
I stayed 11 months in the United States totally at the mercy of myself.
They put me in families all unfit for the experience and every time I tried to solve a problem it took years to respond.
In January they completely started ignoring me.
If I had to go back the only thing I would change would be the agency.
Slack.
Go with ef or other more reputable companies, not with them, even if they cost more, but at least you are sure to have the experience you have always dreamed of doing.
Horrible agency, believe me.
