I had already used Interstudio on two occasions in the past years, when everything went smoothly and well, so much so that I decided to rely on them again. Unfortunately, however, this last experience was extremely negative. I am not referring to the quality and assistance during the trip, which I cannot evaluate because it did not take place, but to the administrative management. These are the facts: in October I booked the fourth high school abroad for my son and at the same time as the deposit I joined the insurance guarantee proposed by Interstudio which provides for a refund of the fee in the event of cancellation due to school debts (to give the idea, cost of the guarantee: over 500 euros). The school debt has unfortunately arrived, I presented the report card and documentation within the terms and the refund request was accepted. But the amount due, instead of in cash as required by the guarantee, was returned to me in the form of a voucher! I had to resort to a legal warning to have recognized the cash refund that was due to me. For this serious wrongdoing I do not feel to recommend it and personally I will not contact them anymore.
