Worst service and communication ever. Did not publish accurate terms and conditions.
Done. The fact that they service USAA accounts for veterans is an insult to anyone who expects good customer service. Wow. Haven't been this frustrated with a company ever. They're terrible and USAA should be embarrassed to affiliate with them.
