Great facility! They are organized, friendly, and efficient. I see Dr. Theresa Little and she is amazing. She has been my provider since the age of 8 and I highly recommend!

Antiquated office practices. The office manager claims they never received reports and clinical notes that were sent twice by another provider. Yearly exams are perfunctory...pulse, temp, breathe and see ya.

The entire staff was friendly and compassionate. I've never felt as comfortable in a doctor's office as they made me feel. I saw Dr. Conti and she is by far the most thorough doctor I've ever had. I'm so happy I found an office that cares as much about my health and wellbeing as I do! Highly recommend.

All they care about is money, very unhelpful and a complete lack of compassion.
Eve is terrible.

My opinion of this practice has really faded of late and I will be entertaining finding another internist. They will not be offering covid vaccinations to their patients! Worst of all, they claim to have no knowledge of where or when vaccinations will be available when; in fact, they do know!

I ve been seeing Dr Sweeney since I moved to Delaware and he is the best of the best very caring and has a good chair side manner try him you ll like going to the Doctors office

I have been going here for several years now. I use to see Steve Ruggles and now I see Eve Baldritch. I m completely happy. Keep up the good work everyone.

A relative of mine called this office today at 10:40 a.m. to find out the results of lab tests. This person was put on hold until 11:01 and when they answered the phone they said that they do not take calls after 11:00 a.m. This is an outrage. I only chose 1 star because I could not post the comment without it. This is a horrible way to treat someone. I used to work for this medical group and when I worked there they would have never treated someone like this.

HORRIBLE!!!! Dr. Jarrell was the best Dr. in the practice and we saw him for 6 years. Very knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful with my complicated medical history and conditions. Sadly, he retired and I had to see someone else last week and they refused to refill 2 medications I have been on long before I even saw Jarrell. No compassionate care or even listening to my concerns and needs. Worse yet, I am suffering with 3 deer tick bites 2 ENGORGED AFTER 5 DAYS ON ME, that they did absolutely nothing for!!! THERE ARE 3 DIFFERENT BACTERIA FROM DEER TICKS, NOT JUST ONE THAT NEED TO BE TREATED. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE CDC RECOMMENDED TREATMENT PLAN OF TAKING BLOOD SAMPLES FOR TESTING AND STARTING THE DOXICYCLING. I HAD TO GO TO URGENT CARE WHO DID THE TESTING THAT CAME OUT POSITIVE FOR LYME AND THEY STARTED ME ON THE MEDICINE. THEN, THEY SENT ME A LETTER STATING THEY WOULD NO LONGER SEE ME BECAUSE OF MY RUDE BEHAVIOR IN THEIR OFFICE. I WAS NEARLY IN TEARS. I WAS VISIBLY UPSET BECAUSE THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK TO SEE A DOCTOR AND THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP ME. THEIR LETTER IS THE WORST EVER EXAGGERATION. A DOCTOR DID NOT EVEN COME IN TO SEE ME THE SECOND VISIT LAST WEEK FOR THE ENGORGED TICK BITES. HORRIBLE PRACTICE ....DO NOT TRUST THEM OR GO THERE.

Eve Baldrich is my medical provider at Internal Medicine of Dover, and she couldn t be better. She s thorough, spends sufficient time with me to answer questions and plan ahead, and follows all my medical care very closely. She s also interested and caring. Although Eve s a Nurse Practitioner, I tell people she s the best doctor I ve ever had. The nurses, med assistants, and office staff are all courteous and helpful.

Office manager Mike , very disrespectful over $5.00 bill that would have been easily paid at upcoming visit! After being passed around to 4 people while trying to make an appt. OM gets on the phone telling me that they can t schedule becouse of $5.00! In shock that no one just said that, I stated well I m glad no one is deathly ill over $5.00 and his smart and sarcastic tone reply s no need for the ugh and groan , just pay your bill! then proceeds to cut me off and state that if I didn t pay they couldn t help me! I paid that dang $5.00! Honestly it wasn t that big of a deal but lack of tack that this man had was utterly uncalled for. Especially when some may have it really bad during these times. Definitely shouldn t be an OM with that character.

I'm am extremely happy with the staff and Dr. Sweeney. They have treated me with the utmost respect and care.

This has been the worst services I have ever experienced. I am a person of color and the all white staff treated me as if my health concerns were not important. I have been a patient at this office for 3 years and had only needed to see them for routine visit until recently becoming sick. Since I have become sick and been going more often I have been refused treatment and been told that if I do not like things that I can find a new doctor. My doctor was Dr. Conti and she is horrible. I have been suffering for months now and she just keeps saying it will pass. I was recommended for surgery with out my knowledge. I thought I was seeing a specialist to figure out what was wrong and she had sent me to a surgeon without telling me she was doing so. She told me I was going to see a GI speciliast.

I had to change physicians due to this MD VIP thing going around and I got a quick appointment with the NP Emily. Wonderful first visit. She was on time for my appointment, took her time with me, reviewed my history, asked questions, reviewed labs...did not make me feel rushed. Second appointment for follow-up labs...again, on time with my appointment. Very thorough. Addressed my abnormal labs with appropriate meds. Very knowledgeable. I am very happy to be her patient. The office staff also very friendly to me. No complaints!

The care givers here I have the highest regard for but the Patient Portal contraption is worthless. There is no way to get a new password at this writing... the page will simply not copy in nor accept the new password. As far as I'm concerned Patient Portal is already hacked into.

Moved to Delaware, needed a primary care physician. Met with Eve Baldrich, a Nurse Practitioner in this group.
Couldn't be more pleased.
She is perceptive, listens well, asks pertinent questions, and explains things clearly.
I've had some bad doctors, and she has none of their bad traits.
I feel I made an excellent choice.

I am an old fart, 72, and hard to please, so heed my advice!!!
