HORRIBLE!!!! Dr. Jarrell was the best Dr. in the practice and we saw him for 6 years. Very knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful with my complicated medical history and conditions. Sadly, he retired and I had to see someone else last week and they refused to refill 2 medications I have been on long before I even saw Jarrell. No compassionate care or even listening to my concerns and needs. Worse yet, I am suffering with 3 deer tick bites 2 ENGORGED AFTER 5 DAYS ON ME, that they did absolutely nothing for!!! THERE ARE 3 DIFFERENT BACTERIA FROM DEER TICKS, NOT JUST ONE THAT NEED TO BE TREATED. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE CDC RECOMMENDED TREATMENT PLAN OF TAKING BLOOD SAMPLES FOR TESTING AND STARTING THE DOXICYCLING. I HAD TO GO TO URGENT CARE WHO DID THE TESTING THAT CAME OUT POSITIVE FOR LYME AND THEY STARTED ME ON THE MEDICINE. THEN, THEY SENT ME A LETTER STATING THEY WOULD NO LONGER SEE ME BECAUSE OF MY RUDE BEHAVIOR IN THEIR OFFICE. I WAS NEARLY IN TEARS. I WAS VISIBLY UPSET BECAUSE THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK TO SEE A DOCTOR AND THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP ME. THEIR LETTER IS THE WORST EVER EXAGGERATION. A DOCTOR DID NOT EVEN COME IN TO SEE ME THE SECOND VISIT LAST WEEK FOR THE ENGORGED TICK BITES. HORRIBLE PRACTICE ....DO NOT TRUST THEM OR GO THERE.
