I have purchased supplies from this place for over 5 years. I have never had a problem or complaint. I live close enough where I can pick up my items in person, and they are always ready the same day as I place my order.
I have been 100% pleased with every aspect of FireFly I have dealt with.
Poor quality product. Over priced and terrible customer service. I had an issue with my order and literally had to explain my issue to 6 different reps and after a week still don t have my replacement parts. Also had to be put through hell to explain that the parts were missing and the rep treated me as if i was lying about it. I would never ever buy from this place again!
I order a few items for my jewelry store and the quality of the items was good ,I will be order from this site in the future cause they also have affordable price.
Over the past 12 years I have purchased dozens of their rolling "z" style garment racks for the ministries of two different churches. Each time I personally picked the order up from their warehouse and each time everything was ready when I arrived. We have been happy with both the price and the quality of the equipment. I would not hesitate to recommend Firefly Store Solutions to others.
BEWARE!!! Poor, they are closed but will still take your order! I ordered months ago and have not received anything, cannot reach anyone by phone or e-mail. NO COMMUNICATION, NO ITEMS, NO REFUND!
I placed my first order with Firefly and was very pleased with the ease of ordering, timeliness of delivery, cost and quality of the product. I ordered a box of plastic skirt hangers. They arrived very quickly and all of them are well formed. Not one of them has a ridge or knob of rough plastic that could snag clothing material. All of the metal clasps look clean and smooth as well.
Worst experience ever, they will only help you if they can clearly see they broke their own rules. Otherwise they will apologize in their southern voice and hang up on you. If you are looking for a robot, you possible found the place.
Would have put zero stars, unfortunately I had to put one so I could comment on how terrible this company is. This company is completely racist and I will NEVER do any type of business with them. They are a disgrace and it is beyond me how they are still in business. BEWARE!
They will quote you one price on their website & then call you and change it $30. When you ask & say thats insane theyll just sit on the phone & wont speak. They said thats their "business decision", super crazy. Ive redone my entire store in this collection & tried to add more pieces but the customer service is ridiculous.
