A relative of mine called this office today at 10:40 a.m. to find out the results of lab tests. This person was put on hold until 11:01 and when they answered the phone they said that they do not take calls after 11:00 a.m. This is an outrage. I only chose 1 star because I could not post the comment without it. This is a horrible way to treat someone. I used to work for this medical group and when I worked there they would have never treated someone like this.
