Good accessible hotel. Though it's old, you don't feel the age unlike some others in the area. Room sizes are pretty good.

One of the better hotels in Singapore and being at Bugis is a real bonus. The coffee lounge out the back is perfect for a conversation, until the piano starts up, the its impossible to have a quiet conversation

Truly wonderful. They went above and beyond for us. My daughter was sick and they did everything they could to make sure we were ok and looked after. Very kind!

Was there for a wedding rehearsal. Staff seems experienced, professional and accommodating.

The hotel is very well located next to Bugis shopping centre. It has very good rstaurant. Good location for tourist. They can use public transport like MRT, bus etc. Never a dull moment to shop at Bugis. The ambience of hotel is fantastic.

Stayed 2 days and very comfortable hotel in a good area equidistant from main areas of the city.

food was great with location being really accessible with mrt and alot of buses. However, we spotted a small cockroach at the cocktail area

Beautifully appointed hotel with elegant grand central room for high tea adorned with chandeliers & Georgian style columns. Staff are nothing but delightful.

Quite some rooms require taking stairs to access even after the elevator. Ask at checkin carefully if you do not prefer carrying your luggages up and down stairs.

My favorite hotel for short Staycations. Its attached to a mall ... excellent spot for those who loves shopping.

Was at "the Library" attending a corporate event followed by drinks at the Victoria Bar, good experience overall, service was excellent.

The staff are such a pleasure to be around - exceedingly wonderful service all the time. The rooms have been refurbished and look leaps and bounds better than before as they were starting to look a bit dated. My partner and I will continue to stay here on an ongoing basis when in Singapore.

A very cozy hotel. Staff are so friendly. Good location and highly accessible. I also had a high tea at their lobby lounge! Amazing service and good quality of food, tea and coffee.

Very nice hotel. Super luxurious and the beds are absolutely awesome. Probably the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in. good location close to city and tourist spots. Worth the money.

Fantastic hotel, great staff. The rooms are really nice and the hotel now looks and feels premium primarily thanks to its renovation. Good location as well, can't go wrong in Bugis. Foods great, the vibe is tremendous and every interaction is quality. Loved the hotel.

Excellent, Except Internet Speed (esp In Lobby Area and Pool Side). Guys you seriously need to improve the Internet Speed.

5stars hotel, grand ballroom, friendly staff/ waitress, located at Bugis, 5mins walking distance from Bugis MRT station, convenient, good for atas social events, wedding etc. Great atmosphere.

The hotel is clean, the breakfast is good, the service is good. Close to bugis junctions, so if you need to eat easily.

The staff were very professional. Area is tidy and clean with a pleasant ambience. Food was excellent.

The service staff at the Chinese restaurant were really attentive and professional. It's rare to see such a high standard of service!

Best hotel lounge in town for coffee, work, and meetings. You get great coffee, wifi, lots of space, sometimes you get live music. It's convenient for everyone, and you could even house your guests in the hotel room upstairs. If you want to go shopping, Bugis Junction is connected and if you want something more heritage, you can take a quick walk down to the Arab Street area. Completely worth the small premium you pay!

Edit: We also held events there before in the function rooms. Everything about the venue from the outside, to inside, to the interior design and lights, spell PREMIUM and everyone was thoroughly impressed.

I was at the lounge located at the lobby. Service was good and ambience was conductive for business meetings.

Was at intercon bugis for a wedding lunch, loved the ballroom it looked very magical especially with the floral decor and chandeliers. However not too impressed with the food and service was a little slow. Waiters were prompt with the drinks refill and polite.

Beautiful decor, food was delicious with great presentation.

The food variety can be improved in the ash and elm restaurant.

Nice hotel, great location. We stayed in July 2018, Staff were great and very helpful. But for a few hiccups. Upon we checking in (around 11pm) we got to our room and found it had been used by someone for a shower without being serviced, the staff were very quick to clean up and make things right. Then the following day we went to go for a swim, only to find out the pool was closed, again the staff were very quick to arrange and cover the costs of a taxi to a partner hotel so that we could use the pool there. We would happily stay at the intercontinental again, although hopefully next time there will be no hiccups.

Went to Man Fu Yuan Restaurant for our reunion lunch. Food is good and the service is great!

I was at Ma Fu Yuan with my sisters. Had a wonderful dining experience with them over lunch. Service was great and so was the food.

Fantastic place to stay! The location is convenient and near the Bugis station and . The staff is very helpful and nice, and it was my birthday weekend, and I got a surprise cake in the room! The hotel is beautiful and has the old style, but bathrooms and fitness rooms are up to date. The breakfast was fantastic! Food was really good, lots of different foods and dishes to choose from. Go early enough to avoid the busy rush hour of the breakfast. Room service is good too.
The bed was so comfortable and like a cloud . I recommend this hotel without hesitation!

Pleasant hotel very convenient as Bugis Junction (Shopping mall) is right beside it, for those who are driving and heading to the hotel don't get confused, the first parking turning into the Bugis parking lot is the RIGHT ONE for the hotel's too! as it is shared :) and those who aim for leisure and entertainment this is the right hotel for ya, everything is within walking distance

Gave only 4 parking coupons for workshop participants of 26. Did not provide extension plug and had the cheek to charge us 25 bucks for it.

Really nice hotel near alot of amenities. I especially like the little yoga room in the gym for some quiet time before starting the day!

Came here for wedding banquet. Food is good. But server serving drinks not efficient enough. Waited for quite awhile for the drinks to be refilled.

Had a great dim sum experience at Man Fu Yuan. Will definitely bring my family back! Service was great and very good food!
