I don't normally write reviews but the service here is phenomenal and has completely changed my mind about hotel change selection. In the past I had always looked for a Marriott /SPG property but after staying here I will definitely reconsider.

The attentive staff and service levels provided are incredibly commendable. I managed to catch a bug on my long haul flight here and proceeded to become very ill. On my search to track down some water the hostess in the lounge saw I clearly was not feeling well and not only sent me up to my room with water, electrolytes, honey and lemon, but also had chicken broth and bread sent up! As a frequent global traveler I sincerely appreciate their attentive staff. When they make references to personal touches, they truly mean it!

Pleasant facilities, good location, excellent staff as a key differentiator. I would absolutely stay here again in the future!
