Had breakfast at the Cafe De La Paix - was subpar, and the spread was neither interesting nor elaborate. The pastry selection was non-existent, and everything else was very pedestrian. Skip worthy.

Great hotel inside and out. Beautiful rooms. Loved buffet in hotel lounge club on top floor. But it does cost some, but if a Priority Club member of Holiday Inn, might get a discount. But the charm for me, was the view from the balcony (although small), there was a great view of the Eiffel Tower. If you want to see it, be sure to have a balcony or window facing it.

Really nice place to stay amazing hotel, great location and the atmosphere here is really great, you can easily find a good restaurant and bar near here. The room is really incredible, really well decorated and organized. The staff are really friendly, they are professional and polite. Maid service is great, they are always on time. 5 stars!!

Sublime place special mention for the caterer and Samy are responsible for a professionalism without any complaints as well as the polite and efficient staff just the only criticism is the head of security haughty person, speaks badly even though I know he is doing it terrible work. Otherwise I recommend this place for your wedding stays.

I came for coffee as I was told by friends Le Grand was steeped in history, luxury and grandeur for coffee in Paris. That may have been the case but it definitely was history after my experience.
The arrival was poor,no acknowledgement, welcome or thanks. I walked over to the tables myself as all the hosts were busy which was ok i guess. I asked for a table and when seated it then took 15 minutes to get an order in.
So far not a great experience....I asked one of the hosts for the WI-FI password to check my emails. She was busy seating a client so palmed me off to a waiter while walking away. The waiter never came over... I saw her 5 minutes later and called her over. I asked for the WI-FI password and instead of finding someone who spoke english as she apparently didn t, she literally called me using hand gestures to follow her back to the front of the entrance to show me the WI-FI password. She didn t get it for me, she made me actually get up and go to the other side to show it to me? Then i asked but how do i connect if you only have either by room or other random methods? It had no option for public via a password or where to enter the code somewhere else. By then she couldn t be bothered and just walked away. (The hostess was a coloured female, description as i did not get her name and didn t bother, I left immediately)
Ultimately let down and frankly appalled. What terrible service....
Paris is expensive and if i m paying 20 for a coffee and tea i d expect you could at least get me a WI-FI and show me where to connect...poor service for a branded hotel with name where you d expect international languages other than french to be spoken. Another hotel living on a name from the past unfortunately and for the price i d prefer to go somewhere which is actually luxury like Le meurice where you are acknowledged by 3 people in 30 seconds. Seems the difference in a quality hotel with service is the same in Paris as it is in London. They say they are but don t act it!

It feels like you are living in one of Paris's historical sites, and you actually are. Beautiful interiors and one of the oldest hotels in the city, it also houses the famous Cafe de la Paix which had a great breakfast spread every morning. Rooms are also comfortable and more spacious than most.

It was under renovation, but the atmosphere was good. If it works well, you can see the opera or the Eiffel Tower from your room. Renovated room? It was a feeling similar to a Japanese hotel. However, since there are many group customers from Asia, it is -1 in that respect.

We took access to the hotel spa, nice place, very nice staff and attentive, the spa was clean but a little too small, we would have liked there to be a pool or jacuzzi, c is ideal after a session of hamam or sauna, we were finally surprised to note the absence of a corner of water. We did have a great time, the tea is offered in the service and it is very good, as well as juices and fruit. I recommend

This was a fantastic hotel. Customer service was TOP NOTCH really enjoyed the view I had of the Opera. I would most certainly come back here. Room service was very professional with the room service deliver man having me try my wine before he left, showing me the food I ordered and explaining it to me. Security was great as well, I really enjoyed staying there.

The hotel is in a very good location. Small room but well-maintained and exceptional service. You can go to boutiques, department stores, and the Louvre museum by walk. The food was really rich and delicious. Would highly recommend it!

It's plush, it's rococo a gogo, and it's on the doorstep of central Paris and it's shopping hubs. This will tick a lot of boxes for those with a retail based agenda

Although a burger costs 30, the breakfast buffet is a tour de force of global cuisine, including dim sum and Asian fare - although more expensive it's more memorable than the hamburger...

Wonderful hotel! Grand indeed. Got a small room at first, but was moved to another upon expressing disappointment. However, this did take a couple of hours. Bought access to the lounge, which was fantastic. Food and wine, champagne always available. Lovely hotel. Would stay again

Grand, historical building in a great location. Walkable to most popular destinations. Our room was of a nice size compared to what we'd expected for a hotel room in Paris. Service was impeccable and the view into the courtyard was lovely.

Completely shameful and unacceptable attitude of the staff.
Caught off guard in the street of the hotel, we were 3 young girls facing the clashes between CRS and thugs, these gentlemen did not see the urgency to let us in in order to be safe when the valet had told us to put us in the hall for shelter.
Completely inappropriate remarks and real disrespect all because we did not have the head of the hotel clientele. Being a luxurious establishment is fine, but how can you treat people like that when it's chaos outside? !!

concierge Desk was extremely horrible. The led me into getting a private car just to charge me $121 for something that I could have gotten for only $21 from hotel to Eiffel Tower through Uber on 12/24th. I used Uber service rest of the trip there and it works perfectly.
