Do not forget to ask to go see the ballroom! Just wonderful.

Beautiful place about 150 year old. Doesn't feel like though, in mint condition. The service what you would expect of such a place. Quite, safe, good for a conversation, dalliance ;-)
They have a ball room which had been grabbed by Napolean III and is an exact replica of the Opera near by.

Superb monumental place the grand hotel of the past. Even to enjoy a coffee not to be missed.

A hotel with tradition, but the size of the rooms is too small.

A bit pricey but the ambiance is just breathtaking. Here you can sit and listen to the sound of the pianist, enjoy the rain on the roof while enjoying delicious drinks. A coffee costs 9 euros and is certainly exorbitant but if you are honest, of these are euros for the luxury and it was worth it again.

Beautiful reception room for weddings, a place full of history and impressive architecture. The food is good too.

Beautiful, hospitable and extremely classic french rooms.

Only advice avoid rooms facing the opera, the rooms are above the metro and if you hate noise these rooms are not for you, although the view is insane

Very nice upscale property ideally located as it is next to the cafe of peace. Interior very art deco. Not overrated. Tea room and fabulous bar. An entrance worthy of grand palaces. Concierge service very efficient and available 24/24. Hotel well monitored.

We came here for the SaaStr Europa conference. We didn't book a room here but the conference facilities were really nice.

A nice hotel to stay while in Paris. Their breakfast is the best

The hotel is being partially renovated now but they did their best to make our stay wonderful. Room is not big but beautiful and comfortable. Bed is very comfy, lots of pillows and 2 big quilts. The bathroom has all amenities you could expect and even more. Breakfast is a lavish buffet. We enjoyed staying at Le Grand hotel

It is convenient to use the bus from the airport, close to departure and arrival, and go to the department store.
There is also a classical European glamor and you can enjoy an elegant atmosphere. The room is Paris, so it is not large.

I used to stay at many palace-class hotels here and there, but I have good access to this when I have children.

Impeccable service. Quality of the food. But the chairs under the canopy are very low compared to the tables.

Despite the Hotel is being renovated, there were no inconveniences
at all, the team was lovely and as someone convinced that the Palais Garnier is the most beautiful Landmark of Paris, this is the place for the best view of Paris, from the Pillow. It's addictive.

Nice rooms but small. He hit the nightstand by the bed. The toilet is larger than the entire room. The rooms are designed in a classic style. There are Russian-speaking managers at the reception.

Loved the shampoo and shower gel offered by the hotel.

I went this afternoon with a friend to have a drink and a snack
I have a small dog of 2 kgs500
I asked if I could enter with my dog in a bag, we said yes and finally installed and ready to take our order, a person arrived from the hotel who with a lack of elegance and know how to live threw us out because I had a dog
I called a manager and the people who told me to come in. They were sorry and wanted to offer me a glass of champagne to apologize
I didn't care, it's unacceptable
Dogs are recognized as human beings but some humans are inhuman. I would advise against this place which has become quite old.

Everything is perfect, really a nice hotel with style and elegance.

The officials at least the hosts, are clearly incompetent, disbelieving, even insulting, because when asked a simple question, for the level (how many people can contain this room?) The host cordially allows to go to see us and we hang up suddenly in the face. this gives a very bad image of the brand and a bad image of the company

The name says it all! The Grande is truly that and having it as an intercontinental hadn t changed it one bit. This landmark hotel is over 100 yrs old but unlike American hotels, it was made to last and become even more stately with time .The rooms are spacious and no fighting for room in the bathrooms. Service was excellent . The Cafe de la Paix restaurant was wonderful for every meal and accommodated so many people at one time with fabulous service and food, only in a European hotel ! The location cannot be beat for sightseeing or shopping . It s elegant marble lobby and appointments won t disappoint !

Me and my family were offered one night in this hotel, very recognized for its quality. We had a wonderful night, although the room is not as big as we expected.

Incredible hotel. Probably one of the best InterContinental hotels in the world. I love the location. It's in the middle of everything that I love about Paris. Some rooms tend to be a little noisy. There are many amazing restaurants within 10 minutes of walking. The rooms are very pricy just like all Paris hotels in this category, but it's money well-spent. Staying here feels like having a time machine that allows me to travel back into history.
