The service was remarkably warm and friendly. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had. The bathrooms were immaculate and well designed. I lounged in the bath for hours each day. Highly recommend.

Central located in Paris in front of the opera, under remodeling but new lobby bar is amazing. Rooms are very comfortable but smaller than typical IC hotels in USA.

Check-in took a long time. But was compensated with a breakfast. Very good location. Breakfast was certainly good. But not worth its price. For 45 pp you expect a glass of bubbles. Nice room and very nice bathroom.

Top shelf in every way. Attended a party here. Possibly the most amazing hotel ballroom in the world. If you are looking for the ultimate wedding room, this is it. We were in the lower level party room and it was perfect for our 180-200 person party. We had hors d'oeuvres in the main dining area which was epic. Great setting and the perfect vibe. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and all speak English.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service that is quick to please. Incredible surroundings inside including artwork and sheet music of Opera. We were upgraded to an opera view room at check in with was very special. The lobby bar is amazing with piano each night.

The hotel is great and the location is excellent beside the opera and close to the Louvre Museum and other landmarks ... Breakfast is varied and wonderful, and there is a machine gun in the bathroom .. The only thing I did not like is that we ordered a burger with cheese and the burger came without cheese

I stayed with my friends in Paris for a few days and found this hotel to be a great fit for our daily travel. The lobby is very beautiful and it is suitable for everyone to sit and gather for a day. If you can, book a ball room, great! The room is small but beautiful, everything is kept fresh. The hotel s restaurant is also a great place to have breakfast.
Excellent room. Excellent view. Comfortable stay. The room cleaning service is professional. The building is beautiful. The concierge was friendly and helpful. We loved the location. The breakfast buffet was good. But, the meals we ordered in the room were not that good.
The room was not sound proof, as you could hear the dialogues and hairdryer sounds next door.
The reception needs to be more attentive. As we arrived at the hotel after a long flight and long ride from the airport. We waited 3 hours for the room to be cleaned and ready, but when we got there the room had twin beds although we requested a king bed room, it took the reception and service over an hour for someone to come and change the beds.
Really dislike the buffet ... Why do buffet in such an elegant place
There's a lot of history for this hotel. We love the USB ports on the room's phone to charge our cell phones and readers.

This place has an incredible glass-like space for a drink. The service is not as good as in Parisian palaces (servers not very keen to serve you and be pampered). I recommended the place to my family because they were looking for an extraordinary tea room. Unless you are invited to try the service as a mystery guest, I do not think to go back but it's worth it !!
