Currently under construction
I have to come into the construction tent and check in.
The view from the top room on the 5th floor
Just a hideous tent

When making a reservation or checking
I have nothing to say
Come into the room and do it

Talking about the prospect, there is no room left
I can t change the room
Just stay on the first day and pack up and move the room
I don t have any apologies or anything like this
I have to announce even a homepage, too...
Ask when making a reservation or check out the view

Wi-Fi is cut off every 10 minutes
It s uncomfortable because I have to re-login every time

I moved to the third floor room
The room is getting smaller, but even with the view from the inside
It is not blocked so I feel like living
It's a 600,000 won room, even if all the windows are blocked
I can't understand that I didn't even mention it in advance...

There are 5-6 types of wine in the club lounge
The commercial purchase price is about 50,000 to 70,000 won.

There are not many dishes, vegetables, fruits, rucola
Fresh ingredients are raw
It might be better to focus on vegetarianism
Foie gras is no longer
2-3 kinds of cheese as briwi

The sauces are delicious
Sashimi sushi is served sometimes because there are many Japanese

Dessert is a famous cafe on the first floor
5-6 types of change
Millfeuille is great

In the morning, you order the egg dish separately
Sausage yogurt, etc.

Replace 1-2 mains for dinner
Beef tenderloin with proper baking (rare)
Came out but it was okay

The rest of the side dishes
There's always something like lunch and dinner
Until it falls
Changing only the bowl
Feeling of learning

Still tea coffee wine fruit
Play outside 4 times a day and come in
I eat what I want, so I go to a restaurant
French menu without fail
Comfortable comfort

But as if there's nothing to come again

Cant understand how this hotel is 5-star hotel. Worst hotel ever. So much ripped off.

Some of the staffs made me feel very uncomfortable and not welcoming during the stay because of their attitude and language. Guessing maybe they are racist...?

The only reason to stay here is location and breakfast buffet.

Seriously if this is average, I recommend somewhere worth $$

The hotel gave us early check in at 11am. We were just off from red eye that we were very appreciated. There were some construction near our room making some noise, the hotel offer complimentary breakfast for us which is a very sweet touch. Recommened, a truly 5-stars experience.

A historic hotel opened in the early Meiji period where the Opera House was built. Interiors are taken care of by friends when Charles Garnier, who designed the Opera House, met during his stay in Rome. Beside the Opera House, all one blocks are in this hotel, and there are many rooms, but be careful as the room cost varies depending on whether you can see the Opera House from the window or not.

Everything in the hotel is quite good, I am very happy with the overall accommodation experience here, and the location is very convenient. I really like the experience here. It is very close to the main station, the traffic is very convenient, there is no problem. The surrounding environment is very good, everything is perfect, and it is very easy to go where you want to go. In France, ask other people about the location here. There is no problem. The whole process is well organized and if there is an opportunity. If it should, then it should be again...

A really nice and noble hotel with history and zeitgeist. I love the ambience, the location and the restaurant. A really great hotel for business or pleasure. I'm already looking forward to my next stay!

A really nice spacious hotel for Paris. The buffet is one of the best I've had in France with a wide range from Chinese, to western to Japanese or your fruit and veg. Staff are nice and helpful and the rooms feel clean. It can be very hit or miss depending on what room you get as I once had a massive room with a big long hallway. One thing to note is that if you take something out the fridge just be moving it, it will charge you so be warned. The area feels really with security always at the front entrance with regular bag check on entrance. The water pressure in the shower is good and strong too.

AMAZING

Some say it's dated but I think it keeps in character with its surroundings. Very renaissance! Surroundings and service amazing. Faultless!!!

Very beautiful establishment of great luxury. Everything is beautiful. Well maintained. The staff friendly and warm. The salons absolutely beautiful. The property is well kept and secure. Only one negative point ... the messy toilet during my stay. Very dirty for some. I understand that this is a frequent crossing place but a maintenance person should spend more regularly as a precaution. That said, we must admit that the responsibility of users is also committed because they do not respect places either.

For the record, keep in mind that the concierges are very high-flying and these men and women with golden keys will be able to satisfy even your most extravagant requests. Very high standing.

Nice room and good view from the Opera room. Rather disappointed with the overall experience unfortunately.

First on I was checked into absolutely stank of smoke - for a partner with asthma this was not good. The second room was already taken, after I had stood outside for several minutes trying to get in.. the bellhop let me in to find someone was in there. The third room we got, after complaining was much better. It was small and didn't have an Effie tower view like we had originally expected, but had an opera view which was magnificent. The guest services did a lot to help but it took me to convince them they needed to help me after my experience to do something about it. I can't fault the lady as she was doing her job and ended up being very helpful.

The concierge were polite and always willing to help but again we're not the most attentive, despite the huge tip we gave. We asked for one dinner recommendation and it was a bad experience. We asked for another evening tip and again we're hugely disappointed.

Stayed with two other rooms and they had terrible experiences too. Particular one who is a Spire Royal Ambassador, their second highest tier (I believe) and had to argue/convince staff why he was having a bad experience.

The hotel itself was nice, though a little outdated. Generally the staff were polite and helpful, they just couldn't quite seem to get it right, time after time.

Doubt we will be staying again, despite our 600,000+ IHG points.

Although we were only there for a wedding party, I was pleasantly surprised by the standards of not only the building but the vert helpful staff. Situated right next to the amazing opera house, i would almost dare to say that location wise its one of the best hotels in Paris. The staff were always helpful and the wedding party had a great time.

Absolutely beautiful on the inside so I'm really only rating it for the amazing conference room, although kind of tricky to find on the street due to so much scaffolding around it.
Also, there were too many tickets sold for cheese night, making us have to leave early since it was no longer enjoyable and practically impossible to try anything else. Probably will not return next year.

Great location near the metro and easily accessible to many major tourist destinations. Love that they welcomed us as loyal IHG Reward Club members with a welcome drink on arrival and a bottle of champagne the first night. Everyone is very friendly and speaks English as a major perk.

Lobby is very lively most of the day.

Coming from the south of France for the first time in Paris, I was really satisfied with the location of the hotel located close to department stores. Great stay and pleasantly surprised by the welcome we are given when we arrived. A big thank you to the staff at this hotel and especially to Rassim Room Service Server who took care of our meals in room with great professionalism. And a big thank you to the maids who took care of our room during our stay. We will come back!

The dining room is beautiful: the room is redone and in my day it was impressive with its lights, with its huge red velvet curtains, giving a very theatrical atmosphere. I tried their dish and dessert, it was good: I had a salmon sandwich and a dessert of the day with raspberries. Superb atmosphere under the glass roof and next to a large and beautiful bouquet of flowers.
