Everything was amazing. The views, the staff, all of it. Would go again.

We only had one night and day here but we have loved it. Would refer this place to friends and would love to come back. Beautiful place amazing views. Beautiful cacti and flowers everywhere. The food in every place has been high quality. Drinks are great by the pool...spendy but good. Service is excellent servers always near by and checking in kindly. Feels a bit like a Tuscany get away here. Love it

Wonderful setting, view of Camelback Mtn, excellent facilities and service. Pools were especially appreciated. Will not hesitate to stay at Omni again.

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and still have one more day to enjoy before we checkout, I m writing this review as I lay in this super comfy bed. I have to say they really pay attention to detail and service! The view from our Mountain View sweet is phenomenal. The ambience at night is breathtaking! The cocktails we ordered at the kasbah pool were awesome. The complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries that were delivered were great! Negatives - although the food was amazing at the centro lounge, I thought the cost of chips and guacamole, two tacos and a bucket of 6 beers was a bit excessive coming in at $92 with tip. I also think the parking fee should not exist. All in all this is an amazing resort with some of the most beautiful views I have ever seen. Hopefully tomorrow is as wonderful as our first day!

Service is suburb from the moment you touch the property. Very clean and wonderful location.

Great experience! Good food, both at restaurants and conference. Staff was top notch and my room was fantastic. TVs even have Netflix: it seems small, but it makes a difference to me. This will be my preferred lodging anytime I'm in the area. The fitness center is one of the best hotel fitness centers I've seen. I didn't use the pool, but it was beautiful.

Scorpions! Apparently it's a big problem there, and our room was no exception.

The stay was actually pretty good comfortable bed, very friendly staff, nice pools, great bathroom/shower/tub. The $19 parking for a place that isn't downtown was, in my opinion, a little bit of a gouge, but not the end of the world.

Now to the scorpions on the sliding glass doors to the room's patio, there is a sticker that asks guests to keep their doors closed to prevent "desert dwellers" from coming into your room. The sticker has a picture of a scorpion on it. We heeded the advice, and didn't open that door. Unfortunately, there was already a scorpion in our room. I took a shower and grabbed the clean/folded towel hanging on the towel rod, and just as I'm about finished drying myself off, I see a scorpion crawling on the towel. I threw the towel on the ground, the scorpion started to run away, and I killed him with my shoe. I called the front desk to explain, and they sent someone about 5-10 minutes later to clean it up.

Based on the apparent scorpion problem, I would be concerned about sleeping there again.

The grounds are spectacular. The service top notch. Absolutely peaceful. 2nd time here and definitely coming back.

I rented a cabana through Resort Pass for a relaxing day with family who were in from out of town. The resort is beautiful and well cared for, and the scenery is hard to beat. The pools were clean; staff were friendly and extremely attentive.

Beautiful rooms, service and pools makes for a great stay

From the check in to check out I felt welcomed. A golf cart ride to the room with points of interest pointed out along the way. The room and view were lovely and the restaurants had a diverse and pleasing menu.

This an amazing place that beautiful and service has been excellent. I booked a room in Building 16 and it was very secluded, private and quiet. If you want more lively activity stay closer to the pool. They played great music and also have poolside service.Joya spa is a sumptuous delight...I want to live in this Moroccan inspired santuary of peace and relaxation! I highly recommend this wonderful space and will certainly be back. I placed my email at the website and received some great specials.

Great stay and awesome service. Beautiful grounds and pool area. They even have an adult only pool if you just want a quiet day in the sun. I will definitely go again!!

oh my goodness. This place exceeded my expectations! Everyone was kind! I didn't have one negative experience. the room was fantastic the order in food was huge and delicious. The Prado restaurant was divine and the other place right by the main pool was Amazing! I recommend to anyone who wants to get away and enjoy a wonderful ambiance!

My cousin recently got married here. It was a beautiful resort. Everything was amazing.

Very friendly staff. They were very responsive when there was an issue with the room and the problem was resolved promptly. Nice, clean facilities and great food.

I wanted to leave a great review for the Chef at Prado, but my review could not be posted, until I signed up for facebook, and emails advertisements. Not interested, you should not push your guests like that!

When I called to speak to a Customer Service Rep about the Restaurants there, the person spoke with a very heavy accent, and I could not understand her at all. She said one restaurant was called Centro Lage, hmm? Maybe she can just practice saying the names of the Restaurants that she is talking about.

I don't like this place anymore it seems like hostess all the employees have their hand out all the time and it's very expensive there overpriced food with poor service I did like the pool though

This is absolutely the most Amazing place I have ever stayed. 5 star service all around!!! Great food, great employees, my room was with mountain view. I was expecting a hotel like room. Nope! It was a villa, patio, yard.. whole 9. Just perfect in every sense of the word right down to the landscaping. AMAZING RESORT. I will let my pictures do the rest of the speaking for me...

I've stayed at better. They actually charge $9 for a Cliff bar.

We were there for a few days before the new year! The decorations for Christmas were beautiful! The employees were so kind and professional! The room we were given was very nice and with a huge 2 person bathroom. There was a tub outside of shower to have the option of both. The TV had Netflix so we could sign in to our account and watch our shows when we were free. Their spa was great! I was helped by a very nice lady named Malory which made my spa experience even more special! I would go there again next time I visit Scottsdale.

My friend and I visited for a spa day and afternoon by the pool. The grounds were gorgeous. The spa was huge and luxurious. The spa pool (separate from the hotel pool, which is only available to guests) was a bit small and the seating was borderline inadequate, even though it wasn't crowded, but once we found a spot it was a lovely afternoon with perfect views of Camelback.

Visited a friend staying at the resort and the spa was stunning. Loved the quiet second floor pool outside the spa. My friend enjoyed her massage and stay there.

Very nice and spacious rooms. Super friendly and accommodating staff. We had an issue with a noisy neighbor and they quickly moved us to an upgraded room at 12:30 am. No problem. Everything was clean and in good repair. Would definitely stay again.

Visited the spa for a couple of hours and it was fantastic...the views are to die for....I would recommend checking the day spa out...very nice quite and relaxing....if you see Lisa ...she was great and will take care of all your needs...

Although I've only been to the Joya Spa and not ordered a room, this is undeniably one of the best spas I've been to in a while. The eerie music and soft lighting of some rooms allow for comfort and relaxation with fruits and citrus water. Pool is rather small, but the view and service from staff makes up for it. They even let you order food from outside, we've had pizza every time we go and it's such a pleasure to go there.

Horrible customer service. I have called several times (lost count) since February 4th asking for a receipt to be emailed or texted to me for a company team building day. No one working at the spa can email or text me the receipt/invoice. I don't understand how hard it is to have this emailed or texted to me. Completely horrible customer service. 47 days and still no receipt/invoive.

The Montelucia is a great, relaxing property with good food, nice rooms and elegant atmosphere.

I met my family here for a weekend pre-Christmas get together. The resort was very nice, with great food options and beautiful surroundings. All off the staff was to notch in service and friendliness - it never felt like you were imposing on anyone, even for the very best personal service. We did a day at the spa, which was thorough and immersive. Honestly the common areas were so nice that the private spa suite almost seemed unnecessary, at least for a family outing. Totally worth it if you were going as a couple, though. ;) The arnica massage may have been the best massage of my life! The resort is so large and yet so quiet that it feels more like a small town than a hotel. The pools are all very nice, with options for everyone. A great place to feel like you've gotten away from everything without being very far from anything.

A day before arriving I requested a microwave in our room and when we got to the resort there was no microwave in our room. We had an ADA room, and the bed was too high for a handicapped person to be able to get in! My handicapped family member and I had to struggle to get her in and out of the bed! The toilet should also be higher for a handicapped person, since she had difficulty getting up and down from the toilet! Didn't like paying the high resort fee, plus the self parking fee in the garage! The garage should have had it posted by the entrance of each stairwell that there was also a elevator there as well! The resort employees were excellent! The resort was beautiful!

One of a kind,. Unique layout. Beautiful features and variety of plants that make this place it's own paradise. Like a walk in the park just going between buildings. Not the biggest of convention halls in town, but some of biggest companies still take this place over for corporate functions.

We went there for a stay cation. It was beautiful and relaxing. Our only issue was with the restaurant. We made reservations and didn't get seated til an hour later.
Once seated our server was poor, slow and forgetful. The saving grace was the fact that the food was AMAZING.

The resort is in a beautiful location with pristine views of Piwesta Peak. The Omni staff go above and beyond to assist with making your stay more comfortable. The food is divine and always served beautifully! I would recommend the Omni to anyone looking for a first-class experience.

This was our third time staying here for an anniversary staycation and the Montelucia, once again did not disappoint. The ambience takes you out of AZ into a relaxing oasis. The rooms are spacious and well designed, even the most standard of room far surpasses competitors. The pools are great for rest and relaxation. The property itself is enjoyable to walk and take in scenery. And the location provides so many nearby dining and entertainment options if you re not trying to stay only on resort property. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful rooms, fast and friendly staff.
Really enjoyed the 18+ pool area. The water was surprisingly warm, and I appreciate the 5 AM opening time.

Visited the spa for a day. Very nice facility and great service but the locker room could have been cleaner. Lots of used towels hanging and laying around by the jacuzzi and in the steam room. It should be pristine for the price

Never disappointed when staying at the Omni Montelucia!

I visited the spa and had an absolutely wonderful experience. I stupidly left my bracelet in my spa robe and left. The experience of getting that bracelet back (a piece of jewelry that is very important to me) was so incredibly smooth and professional. Everyone that I spoke to was gracious and lovely. I cannot speak more highly of the staff at this hotel. So kind and professional.

Stayed here with friends for a football weekend! Was a great, open area environment. Lots of beautiful walking space, very nice grounds and tons of orange trees with huge oranges hanging from the limbs! Room was very clean, bathroom was huge with an enormous walk in shower. Bed was comfortable and patio area outside of the room was nice. Had a good time hanging out with friends and family around one of many evening time fire pits. I highly recommend this place! It's great!

Truly enjoyed staying here with my wife. The staff is over the top friendly and helpful. Lovely pools and the brunch on the weekend is terrific. Quiet peaceful pocket of Scottsdale with Camelback mountain in the background. Lots of great places to eat nearby.

The Montelucia is a wonderful Resort in a scenic environment. It is a first rate resort and highly recommend this property.

Love the Omni Montucia Resort! Love walking(riding) around the Beautiful & Romantic Garden Areas filled with Flowers & Fountains!
When we go we normally stay in building #10 because it is easier for someone with a Disability to get into the lower level rooms, & parking is near the Rooms.
Our Room was spacious (Two Queens) & opened up into the Patio Area which then was open to a grassy Area.
It was easy to get to either Pools from our Room with my scooter.
There is a Snack Bar & Formal Resturant on the property plus a Clothing Shop.
We normally go during the Summer Months to take advantage of their Summer Specials.
It is well worth staying here, Staff & Services are wonderful!
