Relaxing resort and great atmosphere. We can here for just 3 days and had an amazing room. We did the spa the last day which was worth the 35 dollars per guest. I really appreciated that they gave us so much water and wanted to make sur eyou were well hydrated. If you want to play golf there are a bunch of options. This resort hugs Camelback and it is an awesome view from the pool deck at joya spa. If you want a getaway this is your place .

One of my favorite resorts in Arizona! I love the region of Andalucia in Spain and the architecture, interior design, details at the Montelucia are truly remarkable. The music on top of that which is playing throughout the resort will definitely take you to Spain. I like the restaurants, the spa with its own pool overlooking the Camelback Mountain and it's spectacular sunset views. The service is always supreme on all levels. We took many beautiful photos there and no one from outside of Arizona can believe this treasure is not located in Spain.

Yes, formally, this is not the Phoenix itself, but an adjoining village. But a very pretentious village. A kind of Beverly Hills. Scottsdale is located in a hilly area, so that low mountains will delight the eye from all sides.
The territory is mainly built up with mansions of drug lords (according to local legends), golf clubs and a couple of expensive resorts.
The hotel is 5-star, so the soul will sing for joy and comfort. The rooms have a different level of comfort, depending on your budget, but even in the cheapest room the bathroom will have a huge shower and a separate bathroom. Balconies overlook the cozy courtyard with sofas and hammocks, where you can pass the evening in the open air. By the way, in Arizona, unlike California, the weather is a little cooler in the evening than in the afternoon, but still very hot. So do not have to sit in a chair under two or three blankets, as in Los Angeles.
Surprisingly, in the most ordinary room there is an entertainment center with a TV and a bunch of wires, so you can probably connect anything you want via HDMI, but I was too lazy to try.
There is a coffee machine, but water is at $ 6 per liter. Full bar with snacks and assorted alcohol.
There are 3 cafes-restaurants on the territory, a spa, a chic gym (even with a bar!), A dance hall, a ballroom, a bar, 2 swimming pools (one for adults) with a jacuzzi and ... paid parking for $ 25 per day. Valet will cost 30.
The territory is as if settled in a botanical garden. Everywhere flowers and flowering shrubs. A huge number of places where you can sit in the evening with a glass of wine by the fireplace (on the street).
Internet, good, free. And in the rooms and pools. True, pulls weakly.
Beautiful, expensive, nice eye.
But I'm with my fly in the ointment. Although I haven t met a single hotel, wherever I m not fooled with this - the maids. Cleaned so-so. Obviously not on 5 stars. From the previous guest I found a black long hair on the corve, and a cap from a disposable razor on the shelf in the shower. Bee
Despite this, I highly recommend the hotel. My dream is to return here with my husband to spend a lazy weekend, warm the sides in the sun.
On my scale of 8 out of 10. Almost unbelievable!

very sad - it was our anniversary and nothing went as planned. The Chocolate Covered Strawberries were not delivered and the surprise was ruined. The drain gurgled most of the day and night, room service forgot the milk and the TV kept changing, in the middle if what we were watching, back the the hotel menu. We ended up leaving the night of our anniversary because we were tried of fighting through the ordeal. Then the manager offered to discount or comp something off our bill, but never did any of it. Very disapointed in our stay.

What a beautiful resort! Everyone was so friendly. The rooms were impeccable! The location of the resort was nestled in the Camelback Mountain area. It was easy to get to and from the airport. We enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this resort.

The grounds and facilities are well maintained and clean. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The architecture and landscape resembles southern Spain. Lots of flowers and blooming shrubs. Underground parking garage is a bonus. The fitness room is small but has all the basics plus cardio equipment. All were maintained and in working order.

Camelback mountain and hiking trail are just around the block behind the resort.

We loved our stay so much we rearranged our schedule to return for an extra night a few days later. Gorgeous, comfortable rooms with mountain views and awesome bathrooms. Pools heated to 85 degrees, Prado is a cozy restaurant with heated outdoor seating and delicious food. The staff was beyond helpful. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool with the spa and the fitness room has stationary bikes outside on the balcony. A perfect stay!!

This spot is special to my heart because this is where I met my husband when it was originally La Posada. The hotel is gorgeous after the remodel. We happened to come on Thanksgiving Eve to meet friends for an impromptu late-night dinner. After being asked to pay $20 for parking. Then asked to pay $20 entrance into their event... No one could tell us where to go to meet our friends for dinner. After waiting 30 minutes we left and went and got food. Although we did not eat there we did hear from our friends that did have dinner that because they were so crowded food arrival was very slow. That's to be expected on a busy night like Thanksgiving Eve.

Always a pleasure stopping by the bar here (even if you arent a hotel guest, it's still fun!) and they have music! The bartenders are all really friendly and pour great drinks. Definitely a fun spot, any time of the week!

Stopped in for drinks. The staff was incredible. Everyone was helpful, courteous and a pleasure to talk with. Spent 45 minutes there, mostly around the firepit. Top notch atmosphere. Had the valet park my car. When I picked it up, there was a $10 parking fee. There is a sign (small) on the kiosk stating the $10 parking fee. Unfortunately other cars were blocking it from my view when I entered. There may be another sign, but I didn't see it. No big deal, just be aware of that. Would be five stars otherwise.

We spent the day at the Joya spa following our couple's massage which was amazing. The view from the rooftop pool was spectacular and they have pool-side food and beverage service. Was a little shocked by the automatic 20% gratuity added to our tab despite the fact that we tipped throughout the day. Will definitely return soon!

Went to the resort for a spa weekend. It was amazing! The resort did not disappoint. Every person we interacted with was extremely polite and helpful. Spa services are to die for. I'd recommend taking advantage and spending the entire day utilizing the services, resting in the whisper room or hanging out by the spa pool. Truly luxurious!

There for a brunch the day before Easter. Beautiful property. Very hot. Not enough umbrellas to shade all the outside tables where the event was held. Slow wait staff and buffet food not attended to in a timely manner. They did have some fun children's activities. Expensive for what was offered. Would not go again.

Outstanding rooms! The two-person soaking tub is a definite must. I'm a pretty particular foodie, so I thought the food and cocktails should have wowed me more for the price. Still, I didn't feel the need to order out.

The place was pretty. The spa services were very nice. I had the massage and facial and enjoyed the pool side at the spa. The beds were not very comfortable and the service at the restaurants and downstairs poolside were very slow, almost non existant. For the price paid for everything, I don't know if I would recommend or go back. I would expect better service and nicer rooms for the price paid.

We stayed at the Omni a few weeks back for our babymoon/staycation. We were very upset and frustrated with the lack of customer service we received and the level of competency from the staff. The day before we checked in, I had called to see if we could get early check in, and I was hung up on twice. When we got there, our room was not ready so we went to the pool. Later that evening when in our room, someone had walked into our room, saw that it was occupied and then without saying anything walked out. My husband went to see who it was but they were gone once he opened the door. They knocked 5 minutes later, and when my husband went to answer the door, they did not identify themselves, but said, sorry I didn t know this room was occupied. When calling the front desk and speaking to the manager, they stated that it must have been someone from house keeping but they would look into it further. We felt very uncomfortable that the manager did not even know who was walking around and checking rooms. We then went to Centro for dinner later that night and waited for 30 minutes for the waitress to come over and bring us water and give us menus. There were only 5 people in the restaurant as well. When she came over she said sorry, here are some menus, I will be back to take your order. We waited another 15 minutes and she never returned, so we decided to get up and leave. We then walked over to Prado, and the hostess saw us walk up but decided to talk to the other hostess while we stood there for 5 minutes, and then we were finally addressed. She stated that they were too busy to accommodate us that night, and that we could eat in the bar. We are paying $400 a night for a staycation, and we can t even eat at the hotel? This does not seem right. We ended up having to leave the hotel to eat dinner. We were extremely disappointed with our stay at the Omni. Following the next day at check out, the manager stated that they still were unsure of who came into our room the night before. How does that make your guest feel comfortable at your resort? I expect way more from such a prestigious and well known resort. I suggest training your staff in customer service as well.

The room was nice and large along with a large bathroom with a large bathtub with a glass wall with the shower on the other side. The grounds were kept nice and clean . The service checking in and out was real good no long waiting. The food and service at the main restaurant was real good. We will be sure to come back again.

This was my husband's and I's first staycation and it couldnt have been more relaxing!! I spend the first day enjoying the spa. When I first arrived I was a little overwhelmed and lost but a wonderful gal named Yvonne helped me find my way around and kept checking on me!! The next day I played by the pool all day. Staff was great and came by often. The pool was beautiful with amazing view. Oh and the hotel room was awesome with a gigantic tub we took advantage of and I slept so good in the bed. They had the down sheets and pillows that stay cool. We are definitely coming back soon!!

I have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world and this is more like a super 8. You have to walk a mile from parking lot with luggage, rooms are dark- no windows or view, rooms are dated, don't waste your money! Also, pool fee- resort fee- BS fees. Lets cal it the "Omno"- NOT the Omni!!! Go up to North Scottsdale and get into this Decade!

The property was luxe and beautiful. It's a hidden gem that has a comforting luxury feel and allows for privacy with a sense of exclusivity. The prado restaurant is great for breakfast and has several healthy options. The boys on the valet and bell desks are attentive and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my stay during the work week and will be staying here from now on, when visiting Scottsdale.

The hotel and grounds were beautiful. However, $400 cash was stolen from my room. I immediately contacted the hotel and the police. The hotel did nothing about it. No apology, no recourse, nothing. It will certainly prevent me from staying at any Omni again. The money was stolen during a 4 hour period when only housekeeping entered the room.
