Horrible customer service. I have called several times (lost count) since February 4th asking for a receipt to be emailed or texted to me for a company team building day. No one working at the spa can email or text me the receipt/invoice. I don't understand how hard it is to have this emailed or texted to me. Completely horrible customer service. 47 days and still no receipt/invoive.
