Thank you to the Omni at Montelucia for making our COVID Staycation fun, but most importantly - SAFE. They are not fully operational, but that allows them ensure that guests are properly socially distanced in restaurants and pools. The main pool was quite busy, however their was an attendant who would walk guests to lounge chairs that distanced them from other guests so everyone could relax. We spent most of our time at the Adult Pool. They did not have bar service, but that kept the pool less crowded. All groups were able to find a nice spot in the pool to stay clear of other guests. We also went to the spa, and were relieved to see the Omni was encouraging guests to wear their masks until they were at their destination. We were fans of this resort pre pandemic, but were incredibly proud of the leadership the Omni at Montelucia has shown local businesses in reopening safely. I hope others will take note!

I bought a weekend get a way for my manager. There was some miscommunication upon check in which lead to a problem with billing. James, the on shift manager, really had no interest in trying to help. Didn't try to make it better in any way. The hotel is nice but the customer service needs a lot of workj!

This was a staycation for me. Booked/Paid for 3 nights but my father fell ill and I was only able to stay one night. Very sad, but my father is well now!
Anyway, the grounds here are absolutely beautiful. The views of the mountains are breathtaking. Staff were always smiling and helpful.
I would love stay here again so I can thoroughly enjoy all Omni Scottsdale Resort has to offer!

I had been here before and wanted to come back. I brought my friends for a little R&R. The Spa day really come through for us. The best massage ever, everyone had a great time at the pool and the food was very delicious . A massage at the La Joya Spa should be included in everyone's bucket list. Will be coming back again at least once a year.

Disaster from start to finish. From rude pool attendants and horrible service to lost car.... not the standard expected from this type of resort. Left message for manager which was never returned.

Love this Resort. The Joya Spa is the best and I have gone to most of the high end hotel spas in the Valley. Also, their restaurant is excellent. Make a reservation to sit at the Tapas Bar. Finally, every year, I book workshops at their convention center. The catering, support and location are first rate.

Really nice property. The have a few dining options. The tapas bar was really good. They have a grocery/ cafe. Really nice seating. There is also a nice trendy bar. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that I had to pay 22 bucks for parking and the spa was extra to access.

I organized a simply "get away" for a few business executives to stay here a few months ago and can I say THANK YOU and TA DA!! From the amazing service given to me by Portia while reserving the rooms, to the outstanding compliments from my executives in regards to the chef speaking to them, quality of service and fabulous atmosphere, we will most certainly return to this resort as if there is no other consideration.

If there were half stars I would rate my Omni experience at more of a 4.5. The grounds are beautiful, staff was polite and helpful, the views are very nice, there is plenty to do and plenty of amazing culinary options both on-site and nearby, the pools are nice (but nothing special). Rooms are clean. I stayed in a suite, it was spacious, had a large patio with a lovely view, and it had a very large bathroom with a nice shower and soaking tub. The only negative I d say is that the rooms could use some updating and modernizing of decor.

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. Everything from the the grounds to the food were excellent. The tapas food you can get at the bar area is great if your not really hungry for a full dinner. The beds were comfy. The best part is how quiet the grounds are at night. One thing that came as a shock was the $25 per night to self park in a parking garage. I didn't see this clearly marked on the website. If I would have known this i would have taken an Uber to the resort.

I got a smoking Deal off southwest vacations for flight and 4 night stay at the omni. Older rustic looking design that has been kept very well. I stayed in two different room s over the course of the four nights. Not for any reason other than wanting to get a feel for the low and higher end rooms. The low end room had a bathroom that rivals the nicest Hilton in Dallas however it was poorly lit which is pretty common for hotel businesses for electricity salvage. Now on the high end I can say I have only been in one hotel with a nicer all around layout and feel than this particular omni and that hotel happened to be in the British virgin Islands. Two thumbs up!!!!

As a vendor, I service the Joya spa @ Omni resort. The service I receive @ the receiving dock is rude and unprofessional. I am very well aware of the persons duties and responsibilities but there's no reason to grumble and be angry when dealing with clients and vendors.. This has happened repeatedly from the same individual.

Came to visit the spa.

Came to visit the spa.

Great spa. Wished they had some complementary snacks though.

They have an elevator to get up and downstairs.

They also have couples massage rooms as well.

The women's area has a sauna which looks new. Also there's a steam room and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is not really deep.

Outside it's a coed swimming pool with a view of camelback mountain. There is a waiter that comes and checks on you and you can order drinks and etc. thru them.

The massage was nice. I love the table because it bends. It hurts for my leg to stay straight and she raised my legs up and my head up when I was on my back so she can massage my arms and legs as well.

Glad the spa included the valet parking as well.

The staff members are so respectful and always cheerful. I leave with a smile every other Monday when im there. Thank you all for being so nice and respectful. I cant wait to stay the night one time.

Montelucia is definitely one of the best resort properties in the U.S. with superb accommodations and dining nestled in a gorgeous desert setting. The staff are attentive and the pool and fitness facilities are top notch. I was at the property for a business retreat and will definitely return soon for vacation.

I've been to this gorgeous venue several times. Attending a wedding, private dinner event, vacation, drinks at the bar, and visiting the Joya Spa. Every time has been simply wonderful. The sprawling grounds feel like you've stepped foot into a Tuscan paradise, but for as large as the hotel is, it still feels intimate. The Joya Spa is a great way to escape for a day - most of their spa packages come with complimentary use of their private pool and facilities. Get a pedicure and then hang out by the pool in a robe with a mimosa - what's not to love!

Me and my friend stayed for 2 nights and went to the spa one day. The spa is nice and the services are good. It is like a Burke Williams, nothing super special. After my facial we checked into our room. The place is huge and no one offers to show you to your room. They say there are golf carts but we didn t see anyone? Plus we are capable of walking but we got so lost trying to find our room for the first time and dragging your suitcase in 100 degrees isn t fun. We had some food at the Mexican restaurant. It was ok. The food was just ok at the hotel. Nothing special. The grounds are nice but the service and staff are lacking. The rooms are outdated and smell strange. When we walked into our room we were greeted by 2 huge months and a fly. Ok we went to dinner and forgot to call the front so when we got back we just decided to sleep and hope they didn t bother us. Fly was in my friends face all night. When we woke up and opened curtains-SCORPION in her bed!!! We freaked out. They sent security to trap it. We demanded a new room bug free. They gave us a hotel credit and comped a night which is nice. Then when we went to dinner the next night we saw 2 cockroaches on the path. Ugh!! Next day laid out by pool and there were soooo many dead bugs and trash around the pool. Listen we talked to a lot of locals and everyone said this is a super nice place? If you go off season and pay the low rate ok but if you are coming high season at $400 a night for a bug infested property with not a lot of staff I would keep looking for another hotel and spa!

Very comfortable and contemporary. Quite a different layout than most luxury resorts. The Cigar Bar on the second story overlooking Camelback mountain, was a surprise to me. The views are spectacular. The Banquet wait staff and Bartenders were excellent. Food was absolutely delicious.

Only 4 because I haven't stayed there, so only a review about the grounds and breakfast. Beautiful property - reminds me of my time in Tuscany. Food at the main breakfast restaurant was delicious. I had the eggs Benedict. Highly recommend
