All very sought after ... very soft ... in the hotel really ...

Beautiful hotel inside. The staff is amazinga friendly and always ready to help with whatever request you need. Located walking distance to great shopping and tours of Lisbon. Restaurant is a little pricey but most hotel restaurants are. The hotel doesn't have a pool so don't be fooled by the pool in the pictures.

This is an excellent choice for any business traveler. You will be delighted with the service and attention to detail. No pool is the only drawback. Everything else fully deserves 5 stars.

Great sized rooms for Europe. Friendly, clean. Room service burger was really good.

Location is the key, it is so near to so many good places that you can just walk down. Even the boarding place for tourist vehicles is 5 mins walk from the hotel. Enough food options around the place in vicinity of 15 mins walk.
About the hotel now, staff is excellently helpful and concierge service helps you plan your stay in Lisbon with visiting plans, they even help in bookings so it's excellent that way also owing to their local expertise. Rooms are comfortable and services are great. Buffet spread is decent enough.

Very nice hotel and the staff are friendly, professional, and speak English just fine. We arrived late in the evening and the restaurant and bar we're closed. The room service menu did not appeal to us and was very expensive. Starts at 15 for basic pasta plus 5 room service fee and goes up from there.

Excellent hotel, service is very good, cleanliness is excellent, reception and staff are friendly, there is valet parking, breakfast is very good, hotel location is excellent near tourist places and commercial markets.

Old rooms and did not want to switch to the newer ones. They insisted they were good as well ... They did not like it ...

Had a very average stay at the intercontinental Lisbon.

The breakfast is all cold and generally flavourless.

Some staff are friendly, many are not.

Shower pressure is poor.

Location is mediocre. Things are walkable but nothing is close.

Local phone call was charged at a completely unreasonable rate.

Overall I would not recommend. I think you can do much better elsewhere.

Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. It is not walking distance to city center or the restaurant district but a short, easy uber ride away

Accommodation choices during travel I feel that I have always had a lot of knowledge. All of them have their own advantages and disadvantages. Of course, I also highly recommend this international level five-star hotel, which is called five-star, but the implementation of employee training can be understood in detail, including a counter to recognize my room number. Had a nice room on the 17th floor. There was some construction going on as they were renovating but it wasnt too bad. Good food and service, especially enjoyed the restaurant.

One star is not fair to the professional and pleasant staff that work here. The one star is directly at Management, people pay good money to stay here and the three times that I have stayed here with in a year. I have had the same problem, slow to NO INTERNET. Was told that there is too many people sharing the internet signal. If you planning on using the internet the only time you will get good signal will be late at night from 23:00ish to 07:00 you will be able to use it. Management needs to fix this refundable problem. It is an Intercontinental and if you have the opportunity as I had to stay at the last floor in a corner room it has one of the beautiful views of Old Town and Av. of Freedom!

Excellent Hotel, under renovation for the last 2 years.. Service is outstanding, some rooms and areas still old fashion. Breakfast not at level of a 5 Star Hotel..

Sensational. Best hotel staff of Lisbon perhaps Portugal

This is a really lovely hotel. All the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast is very nice, could do with a bigger selection of fruit. The only downside to this hotel is the location, which is on the outskirts of the city. However, it overlooks a beautiful park and the city. The city centre is only a five minute taxi away, and taxis are very cheap, only 4-5 . Overall a fantastic hotel and would definitely return.

Great hotel. Not very center but that depends on what you like. Rooms are big and Club Intercontinental is awesome (although you would want to go out to eat and try local food). Staff is very helpful and friendly. Uber to downtown is 5

Impeccable service, large, clean and stylish rooms. Quality over ticking of features. No pool, but who cares.

Good hotel with a fantastic park right outside. The top of the park has a viewpoint with a view over downtown Lisbon to keep your mouth open.

Not too far from the city center. Good sized bed and clean bathroom. Just not fan of the European style shower.

Beautyfull modern Hotel. We had a great stay. The Akla restaurant was really nice and a insider tip. Breakfast has a good selection and is very good in quality. In addition to the normal buffet, which contains high end items, you can order numerous al la carte eggs. At a totally acceptable price, this is how breakfast is done right. We had an amazing dupplex suite, so 5 stars for the room & it's stunning views. Front Desk was very friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome. Absolutley recomandable for business & pleasure. Great place to stay in Lisbon.

Clean hotel. Rooms a bit old but still in good shape

Reception staff couldn't be more helpful, concierge don't feel very approachable. Rooms are great as is the food in the restaurant. However the waiting staff are not to be trusted nor are the security guards should anything go missing make sure you look at the CCTV yourself.

Location not ideal but only a 7 min walk downhill to the Metro station.

Great hotel. Amazing staff. Location is perfect, right near the center of the city. Room with park views offer good views. Would recommend these rooms over the other ones. It's worth it. Rooms are clean and the restaurant downstairs is great.

We have never been to Lisbon before. We found this hotel on the internet. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is easy walking distance from shops, restaurants and the Metro.

There is ongoing construction right now that we could hear even on the 8th floor. It's a nice hotel but come back when the construction is done.

Room 1501 is lovely, just renovated. Restaurant is very good as well, food arrived with some delay though. Breakfast in Club Lounge also highly recommended.

Good food. I was even able to order from the room service meal which were not on the menu.
Bear in mind the location is good but not within the most touristic parts of the town.

As we are a little away from the center, we need a taxi to go out. The entrance is contemporary in design and not tastefully decorated in Europe. The rooms are equipped with mineral water, water heater, coffee, tea, cappuccino, etc., iron, Wi-Fi, and that of a luxury hotel.

Excellent hotel with lounge and live music at the weekend.

We only went to the restaurant (not the hotel) and oh it was a surprise! The food coming out of this kitchen is mind boggling good!! Only downside is the ambience and old school vibe of the restaurant, due to being integrated with the hotel! Were this to be a standalone restaurant and it would shine much more! Never the less, it was an o-some experience!

Great staff; rooms partly being renovated which is a good idea :)

I was surprised I didn't love it. The rooms all have half a window, makes them dark. The bar wasn't amazing. There's renovations going on, but I was prewarned. I used to love the Ritz, then it became 4-seasons, the Interconti didn't stack up. I'd stay closer to the old City on my return.

Beautiful property. Everything you would expect from an Intercontinental hotel. Situated across from a park. Lots of little cafes around. Mall and grocery stores are only about a 10 min walk.

Just superb! Stayed here twice, one of my best hotel experiences. Excellent restaurant with a refined cuisine.

This is a great place to stay. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. My family Loved our stay here and highly recommend the InterContinental Lisbon.
