Excellent hotel. Helpful staff. Club lounge needs to move upstairs though.....

Intercontinental never let me down and this was no different. Staff so attentive, it was difficult to do anything as they were right there to assist. Lounge staff were brilliant and offering was great.

Location very good opposite a park. Great views over the city to the river

Very good hotel. The best part is being in the center of lisbon and somewhat removed from the confusion. When the benfica does not win hahaha

I really loved this hotel. I was able to book it at a nice corporate rate. The room was very nice and cosy. I enjoyed the cable TV channels. The location is not too bad. It is a small walk up to the nearest shopping mall. Ask the reception for the directions. The breakfast was beautiful. I really enjoyed it. Don't miss to try the tomato jam!

Always thought that the Intercontinental Brand Hotel is a good hotel, recommending friends and relatives for 3 nights, the cost is 1065 euros. Because of the need to pay for breakfast and city tax, the hotel counter waitress charged me 200 euros, saying that each room was 20 2 nights, 2 rooms, 15 euros, and a city tax of 10 euros. I felt strange at the time. It s not right. Then there was an emergency. When we left the store, the male waiter said that the hotel counted us 80 euros and took the initiative to refund the money. I pointed to the waitress and said that she was wrong that day. When I left, the waitress ran. To put it bluntly, there is nothing wrong with the money. I have to give her 80 euros. I am wondering, I will call the manager to verify it. It will take 35 minutes. Finally, I will return 80 euros to us. This strange behavior made me completely lose confidence in the Intercontinental Hotel in downtown Lisbon.

Silent hotel despite being full. Very friendly treatment and a great room. Good remote control TV that worked perfectly. Nespresso coffee machine, iron, table and bathroom with good shower flow.

Good times at Tiara Atlantic Park !! Do not come back !! Everything has changed !! For worse, without a doubt !!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Lisbon. Clean, modern looking and attentive team. Looking forward to come back. The only disappointment was the dinner at the hotel restaurant, tried the tenderloin the meat was hardly OK and serviced cold. Since there are a lot of good options to eat in Lisbon, this incident did not impact my decision to come back.

This is a luxury hotel with the very close city center and public transport of all tastes to downtown and out of town. Botanic garden in front and a large park to spend a good day

Checking in was not quite as expected. Asked for ice to be sent up 2 times..never got it. Brown water in the bathroom for a couple of times. Staff helpful bug seemed a bit put out at times with local questions.

Sumptuous, but not as fantastic as others. A little cold, given the modernity of its interiors and decoration

Had a very average stay at the intercontinental Lisbon.

The breakfast is all cold and generally flavourless.

Some staff are friendly, many are not.

Location is mediocre. Things are walkable but nothing is close.

Rooms and breakfast are good. Meeting rooms in the basement have a horrible noisy accoustic.

I only went to the Intercontinental Hotel restaurant but this one was excellent. The dishes were very refined with great taste. The staff always have an eye on you to miss nothing. Only small problem, location, indeed the hotel and its restaurant are a bit far from the city center.

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. Location, however, is probably best suited as a business hotel vs. tourist visit.

Excellent hotel. Located near the Eduardo VII Park, in height, it offers a beautiful view of the city. Marques de Pombal metro and bus station is a 10-minute walk away. Comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Undoubtedly, this is a sophisticated place, with taste and comfort above expectations.

With a very appealing entrance hall and an attentive and friendly staff, this hotel clearly stands out for its quality.

Airy and spacious rooms, well insulated at the sound level, come with a good choice of pillows and a very comfortable mattress. Less positive note for cleaning the carpet where it was possible to find from fluff, hair and even labels of some product other than ours.

The bathroom in the room comes with a clean and neat space.

The breakfast is one of the most complete where, again, the staff is the one who stands out and unfolds in care and attention to all customers. The trick here is not to taste it all a little ...

Despite a short stay in this space, overall the experience was very positive and recommended.

There was, perhaps, an indoor swimming pool for a better use of the facilities available.

A magnificent hotel, the room is very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff very friendly and the buffet breakfast is spectacular. I recommend the cream cakes.

Perfectly located in the center of Lisbon with all the confort and superior food and beverage

I attended a Baptist dinner at the intercontinental hotel on an unprecedented hot day (40s). They handled it beautiful and the food was superb. We then moved on to cocktails in the bar. Large selection that we all very much enjoyed. All in all very pleased.

Phenomenal service and facilities! Staff beyond helpful, great breakfast buffet and a very good restaurant. Location an important value-added criterion.

An internet-less inferno. The internet was really, really bad. It was super slow and would cut out. It was super frustrating to have it work for a minute and then fail. Room as very hot and an the air conditioning did not work. On the tolerable side: the bed was comfortable. Breakfast included was edible.

Shouldn't be a five star hotel. Cleaning must be better and breakfast is not what is expected. The noisy air conditioning ducts are annoying during the night. No swimming pool.

Amazing experience. Professional friendly staff, perfect location, breakfast was spot on but the best thing was the room. we were 3 people in a room and there was loads of space, air conditional was working! thank you.

Great hotel located in front of Eduardo Seventh Park with a very nice and nice view. It has a very professional and competent staff in the performance of their service. It has a very nice bar area. There is also a garage for storing the car. It is a very beautiful and refined hotel.

Hotel at 2km. From the historic center and 5 minutes walk from the metro.

Very comfortable. It s at least a 20 minute walk to the main part of town (downhill) and there s not much where it is. We didn t like the vegan place nearby and didn t highly rate the pizza place around the corner either (though it has high ratings on google). You can order different types of pillows for your bed though when I tried I just got an extra normal one. Oh well. There s no pool unfortunately. Great views from the upper floors.

Excellent hotel, but what has made a difference in our stay is the staff.

Until now it is one of the best hotels on an international level in which I have stayed. The attentions to the guests are extraordinary. The restaurant's food is incredible. The quanta of this property are very comfortable. The employees of the same are very kind especially Mr. Santos its doorman.

Renovation worth every penny! Attentive and friendly staff throughout

Nice and cozy place. Backside rooms do not have nice view, and some have too small window - about 0.5m wide

The bathroom was not lighted well
The shaving / makeup mirror was not installed
I asked at the check in desk about this on two different occasions
A maintenance person was dispatched the first time He assessed the situation and said I was correct and it would be rectified
Sadly, this never happened
I am very disappointed

Very good hotel. During my stay the majority of the public was corporate.
