Very nice hotel.

Very nice hotel.
The lobby is beautiful, generally nice decoration.
Very spacious rooms and friendly staff.
Very generous and varied buffet breakfast: homemade muffins and cakes, pancakes, breads, waffles, pastries, cereals, fresh fruits, cheeses, cold cuts, salads, salmon, fresh smoothies, etc etc ...
Only downside: for a 5-star hotel, cleanliness in the rooms, especially in the bathrooms, sometimes leaving something to be desired (we stayed 7 days anyway!) With traces of limestone on the taps (even in the other hotels it was nickel from nickel!), broken bin but the worst was the total lack of hot water pressure with the shower head!
We reported it to reception but nothing was done ... a bit borderline all the same!

Supposed to be a luxury hotel, but lacks a few essentials. Breakfast buffet was a bit sub-par. Room attendants failed to replace coffee/tea service. Expensive restaurant. Location was far from main/historic area. Clean and comfortable, but not worth the high cost. One good thing...near the Hop-on Hop-off bus. Very hilly neighborhood.

Everything here was amazing and I couldn t find a single fault. We recently stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were big and the bed was really comfortable. The lounge had amazing food and the service was excellent. The shower was amazing too. I would definitely come here again.

Nice hotel and great location. Breakfast is adequate and the staff are really friendly.
My only complaint would be the foul smell in the common areas. Even with a mask, the smell in the lobby and elevator is extremely off-putting. Not sure where the stench is coming from but it's comparable to a sewer or a dirty diaper.

The room was as expected. After checking out I asked the concierge for a glass of water and was told to get them at the bar. I went to the bar and asked for a glass of water, the waitress pulled out a large glass bottle and asked me to pay. I told her I need to head to the airport so I dont want a large bottle. I asked her for a glass of tap water, she said she cannot help. I talked to the manager on duty today and he said he cannot help either, instewd wished me a good flight.
