Beautiful location across the street from Edward Park. Rooms were clean and featured a relatively large bath. Excellent breakfast buffet. I didn't much care for the bar. I had multiple bad experiences the starting with a bottled beer that was clearly infected. Bartender insisted I was wrong, though she did eventually give me something different.

The room was fine other than the shower not draining and having to stand in 8 inches of water. My biggest complaint was that I placed a call to a local pizza company for a delivery order. Upon checkout I had a 28 euro telephone charge for a local call and the phone in the room said free local calls.

I didn't book the room there but my company rent conference room. We ordered additional services from time to time, for example, fruits, cookies, to make the temperature higher, etc and the reaction was very slow. Other thing is the size of the portion... We ordered cookies for 3 people for 21 , and received just 2 rows of tiny thin cookies. One big advantage is the polite manager Lorenzo whom we contacted regarding invoices via email, he was very helpful.

A good hotel in Lisbon. It is more corporate that atypical leisure to my taste but very comfortable and well located. You are a cab ride away from the historic old town and as such you avoid all the traffic jam of the old town. Good facilities and good service.

We stayed here for a few days while visiting Lisbon for the first time and we LOVED the hotel. We were especially impressed with Filipa who worked in the club room. She made sure that our visit was special. This hotel is in a great location and is really a wonderful place to stay.

First time here, so far no way close to what would be expected from an Intecon standard. Room cleanliness when we checked in was horrific. A candy wrapper on the carpet, lipstick marks on the water glasses, coffee cup barely flushed from the previous use, and disgustingly stained bed sheets. I have a minimum level of expectation from a 5* property So far the only positive is the bellman who was very curtious and apologetic for what we experienced... Very likely last time at this property. Update: the following days of my stay were generally good. Service was good and the team at the Intercon club were great.

We stayed at the intercontinental Lisbon for 3 nights in the junior suite and the service was top notch! The staff were extremely helpful, polite and efficient. The room was lovely with a great shower, extremely comfortable beds. The staff also surprised us with a cake and champagne for my husbands birthday. We are back here at the end of our trip for a few nights and I look forward to it.

Set in downtown Lisbon and a 6-minute walk from a metro stop, this luxe, contemporary hotel overlooks the Tagus River. It's 1 km from fashionable shopping on Avenida da Liberdade. Featuring refined cosmopolitan design and warm hues, the rooms come with marble bathrooms, free Wi-Fi and smart TVs, as well as desks, and tea and coffeemakers. Upgraded units add views of the river or the old town, while suites set high in the building offer kitchens, club lounge access and living/dining rooms. There's a chic restaurant and a cool cocktail bar with a posh vibe. There's also a 24-hour business center, a fitness room, and a parking garage (fee).

The WiFi is really poor. It's constantly disconnecting and the speeds range from sporadically fast to slower than my mobile data. The hotel is under renovation so the noise is very loud from 10am to 6pm. I'm sure when the renovations are done, this hotel will a 5 star experience, but currently I wish I was staying somewhere else.

Fantastic hotel in every way. Lovely lobby. Large rooms well equipped. The most comfortable bed. Bedding and pillows unbeatable. Breakfast varied and complete. And the best, the attention of the staff, of all the staff. I recommend 100%. I'd come back. In fact, I think I'll be back.

Its a Hotel - its clean and functional but currently under some renovation. So the staff are friendly, but the elevators are being upgraded, and this makes getting to and from your room a nightmare - It took me 15 mins to get from my room to breakfast this morning- waiting for an empty lift going down - they are all full - decide to take one going up - it stops at every floor going up and then every floor going down and its is packed.. takes the shine off staying at the hotel - the hotel is very busy this time of the year. (would be 4 Star if not for this) Breakfast Buffet is good - and the staff are wonderful - its a great space to spend a few hours working while your coffee gets continually topped up ! The new Uptown bar is great - amazing bar staff staff with some wicked cocktails. The food here is also very good.

Nice, quiet location by the park. The room was spacious with lots of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and other toiletries to offer. Need more hooks in the bathroom and to figure out the shower so that it doesn't leak all over the floor. A swimming pool would have been nice. Also, for a hotel of this caliber, I would expect a hotel shuttle to be available.

We just stayed in Intercontinental just 2 days ago and it was a very very good stay. We stayed in the junior suite and it was brilliant. The beds were soft and it was a big but cozy room. It was my family member s birthday when we were staying there and the staff presented us with a cake and a bottle of champagne. Since we had the suite we had special privileges to go to the lounge. The waiters were very nice and friendly and the breakfast and dinner buffet s were delicious. The location is also very nice. The hotel is near a park and it is in the city center. I would definitely come here again!

Rubbish service. I was in a hurry to make it to a flight this morning and the bell boy could not locate my car key. Took ages to locate it. No help with luggage to get it packed to the trunk. Orange juice at breakfast straight from the box! Get a real orange juice machine and do it yourself! Poor location of shower controler in the bathroom. Once you renovate all the rooms you could get it done the right way.
