One star is not fair to the professional and pleasant staff that work here. The one star is directly at Management, people pay good money to stay here and the three times that I have stayed here with in a year. I have had the same problem, slow to NO INTERNET. Was told that there is too many people sharing the internet signal. If you planning on using the internet the only time you will get good signal will be late at night from 23:00ish to 07:00 you will be able to use it. Management needs to fix this refundable problem.
