Old furniture without much of care. Poor maintenance not to 5 stars standards.
Excellent staff and very good service.
Kitchen is amazing in taste and American portion.

Conference side is wide and good but still not representing new Saudi. We felt embarrassed from our international speakers as it was below expectations.
