Good Location. Near by many attractions and shopping areas

Just a horror! I made a reservation through Booking. 2 rooms. Family with a small child 1 year old. We arrived earlier at 12:45. The receptionist said that the rooms are not ready yet. We ate lunch and came back at 2:15 pm. We are already at the reception desk 45 min with a small child. The receptionist is staring at the monitor screen as if he saw it for the first time in his life. Two other people with a wise look on their faces also look at each other. I have not seen such inefficient people for a long time. There is still no room :-( 50 min !!!! Can you believe ??? This is a 5 star hotel or a cheap hostel ???? After 50 minutes standing at the desk desk very nice and eloquent manager suggested that we wait in the bar because the rooms are not ready After 50 minutes, the service came up with the idea that the guest did not need to hold the desk at the reception desk Congratulations on the speed of service for hotel guests. It's been 1 hour and nothing.

It was a really nice hotel. Great breakfasts, friendly staff. Cozy rooms, comfortable beds. I enjoyed my stay there. That would be my choice if I go to Berlin again.

The best by far breakfast I have ever seen in my life, they have literally everything. Nice staff, nice service, big rooms, excellent restroom. Very good location, clos eto the zoo, to the subway, shopping, park. Worth all the money.

Very comfortable, nice spa area and the service was great. Unfortunately the room was more expensive than it was in the booking confirmation. Too bad they wouldn't have to.

A luxury hotel, with high level services. The pool is superb and the breakfast just amazing.

It takes forever to get a drink. The bartenders are rude and everything is way overpriced. Skip it for a more local drinking place nearby!

Very nice and great hotel. Very friendly service at the front desk, room clean and spacious, bathroom also very clean and above all large. View from the room towards the TV tower was nice to look at. Breakfast flawless, delicious, in short simply great. Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended

I've been there on a LinuxCon Europe Conference and it was really great. Really good transportation and nice classrooms.

It is a five, and a five, then a five, all day all night 5 stars all the time.

It could be good. It isn t. Undercooked raw burgers, stale bread, constant buzzing on the floor from out of date electrics and a stale smell to the rooms. I think there s a new Pullman over the road. Probably worth checking out and moving there.

Beautiful, comfortable room. Very comfy beds and bedding. Excellent breakfast. Walking distance to many attractions, including the zoo and aquarium. Excellent Restaurants close by.

Great hotel for runners. Every morning at 7am they have a cart with apples, water and towels, along with a running map. Good sized rooms, nice rain style shower heads and convenient West Berlin location. Lots of restaurants nearby, the KaDeWe isn't too far of a walk along with lots of other stores.

Great facilities and very well organized. The top-floor bar is amazing.

Large conference hotel with many rooms and many (very) large rooms. Rooms are nice and spacious. Full breakfast buffet . Spa, swimming pool and fitness are also all great. Although the hotel is also great for a private stay, I would not want to sit here myself if there is also a large conference. Especially since then all public areas (such as the bar) become very busy and businesslike.

This upscale business hotel manages to be both formal and easy to use, more so than its peers in other cities. It's well laid out and easy to navigate, has a variety of spaces and services, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. As a bonus, the bathroom floors are heated!

The Intercontinental is a nice hotel with many amenities. Its located well next to a city center and zoo. The lobby resturant is cozy and has a good drink selection.

The location is great near the garden, the zoo and the shopping area.
It is well organized, well kept and well managed.
Overall is both professional and relaxed

Underground service, stale and warm beer, very long wait for food

For me, the hotel is the best hotel for large events.

The rooms are elegant, cozy and comfortably furnished.
The bathroom is a good size.

The wellness and fitness area offers just the right thing to keep fit during the week.

The Club Lounge is the ideal place to prepare for appointments or just to chill out.

I like to be here, especially when I'm in Berlin for several days.

Top hotel for tourists and families. Even if the hotel is getting on a bit, we felt very comfortable in the spacious rooms with the big bathrooms and the comfortable beds. Very courteous, competent and friendly staff. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Only the breakfast is in need of improvement. The selection is huge, but the quality (including the service at the cooking station), especially the warm dishes, could still be improved. All in all, our stay was great!

Great location where my company is holding its annual EMEA users conference.

Good Platinum Ambassador benefits, even on free reward nights. We got upgraded to a large executive room. No club access though. Enjoy!
