The breakfast was delicious and the selection was huge. The family room is highly recommended. You can also eat very well in the room. Room service with baby only to be recommended.

Great hotel, Great location, Huge room, very clean and quiet.

My girlfriend got sick and she had to vomit in her room. The next day their luggage was locked in the room by the staff. She was not allowed into the room and the luggage was kept until a payment of 100 . The staff at the front desk loud and canceled. The staff were unfriendly during the entire stay.

Have been here for a 3 day event and really enjoyed. The hotel is very near public transport and city center stores, if you like shopping.

Sterile atmosphere, no charm, many major events, after all, very centrally located in the western part of Berlin. I would only check in with absolute bargain offers here

It's ok but the bed was hard, I woke up with back pain. Also the jacuzzi and pool have an excess of chlorine it was hard to stay there and hard to breath

Excellent service, rooms with everything you need, mini fridge (with space for personal things) water, coffee maker with 6 varieties between coffee, chocolate, tea; hair dryer, iron, safe ... to mention some details of the basic rooms.

To ask for the room rates 20 for 24 hours Wi-Fi is in my view, to say the least, "cheeky".

Even if everything else fits it is overshadowed by it ... next time again to the cheaper competition that offers this service cheap or free.

This is in my opinion the best hotel in Berlin. Staff is very professional and kind, we got few problems that were solved immediately. Rooms are clean and nice, we were using the room service few times and everything was superb (including food). The spa area is not so big but got a nice chilly vibe. Highly recommended!

Starting with the fact that we booked the hotel special for the spa, due Covid-19 everything was closed, however the pool was advertised as it was open the whole year.
We booked a double bed room but the bedding was split in two, making the sleep uncomfortable. We also used the minibar inside the fridge and even after paying for that, they locked it and not let it use it for our personal drinks.
The biggest issue was the fact that they charged us 250 euros for a smoke fine. We don t smoke plus we never discussed it, they just deducted the amount from our card.
This hotel is highly not recommended by us.

This is one of the nicest IHG properties with the spa and Club Level. As an IHG Spire I ve seen good and bad: top notch properties like Osaka, Japan and the ones that are outdated and poorly managed like Times Square, New York.

IC Berlin has friendly and accommodating staff.

We had a really wonderful time; great stuff, nice pool, extra clean hotel, amazing espresso and breakfast (vegan too), near to ZOO with pandas!

Wonderful breakfast! Nice clean room with big tv and table. Soundproofing, so that at night you can not hear anything from the corridor. The only thing missing was a kettle in the room. Instead, there was a coffee machine with enclosed capsules.

My favorite place to stay in Berlin. It sets the standard for what Intercontinental service should be.

Beautiful Hotel with amazing features. Absolutely perfectly located for most local sights and attractions. Pretty much everything you could want to see is within walking distance, and there are plenty of local restaurants if you don't want to eat in, although I do recommend the Breakfast buffet. The rooms are excellent and large, the concierge and services are excellent.

In addition to the zoo, sber still quiet. Nice walks on the canal and through the park possible. Bus 200 is at the door, taxis are always there.

Big hotel for conventions, not so much for tourists. Few outlets in rooms and no USB ports built in.

An absolute luxury hotel.

Our suite was spacious and first class. The beds were great.

The whole hotel team was very friendly and accommodating.
The location directly at the zoo makes the hotel a good starting point for Berlin city travelers.
The parking garage is quite small. But there was enough parking space on the street.

The breakfast is more than ample. You could have breakfast for days without having to eat the same thing. There is also an extra buffet for children. The quality of the food is great.

It's worth every penny. We will be back.

One of the first addresses in Berlin. A hotel that is very well run. Here is the organization, the service, the friendliness, the kitchen in all areas. Very nice are the rooms with the most modern interior and chic new bathrooms and the perfect cleanliness in the hotel we also very much noticed. We can highly recommend this hotel in a prime location in Berlin.

Good hotel near the Stauffenberg complex well worth a visit

The hotel is nice but I was only in the bar. They have great staff they are extremely friendly they serve variety of drinks. Smoking area is outside and it's full seating area.

Very nice staff restaurant what Tim's means. Here one meets again and again nice colleagues at all day and night times. It is always very clean and everyone also voluntarily removes his dishes and trash. And before I forget it, non-residents guests are always welcome. Cost per meal approx. 6.00 -8.00 incl. Cold drinks

A very modern and well kept hotel. Room was very large and comfortable. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful when needed. As always, I was not disappointed by the Intercontinental brand.

Optimal hotel location, easily reachable from the nearby metro and train stations. A stone's throw from the zoo and the aquarium. Close to the main shopping streets. Very nice hotel, very organized. Beautiful rooms, very large and clean. Imperial breakfast with a whole table dedicated to healthy and vegan products. Spa included in the room price. Free WIFI. In the room there is also a free coffee / tea / chocolate machine (pods included). Very high quality / price ratio

It should be a special weekend getaway with two children.
We had a beautiful, large room, bathroom chic and very clean. Nice and quiet everywhere, you cannot hear the extensive renovation measures that are currently being carried out.
But: On the Homeoage it is announced that the spa is closed, but the star restaurant is still being advertised - that was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel in addition to the location - then you are told at check-in that it is closed!
The only alternative right in the hotel, Marlene bar / restaurant, has more of a station bar atmosphere, we didn't try the food there. There was no other area outside of the room that invited one to linger.
The underground car park is much too narrow and very dark due to defective lamps (which were repaired the next day in the evening).
The hotel is not designed for children at all, there is no play corner, and no playground outside either.
The staff is very friendly, unfortunately unprofessional at the reception: breakfast and mini bar calculated incorrectly, mini bar repeatedly blocked due to this miscalculation, that was constant unnecessary trouble because of peanuts in the truest sense of the word.
I expected a lot more from this hotel.
