We had a really nice stay at the hotel. However, there was a little too busy at the reception at check in. Our room was not ready, which was just fine, as we arrived a little before the checked check in. The hotel offered to store our luggage while we waited. Although we were promised that the luggage was in our room, we had to wait over 1 hour for the luggage (and move a couple of times along the way) Besides this little problem we had a fine stay and will definitely come again.

great place to stay and relax, beautifully decorated, unusual art pieces, near public transportation.
Rooms are large, comfortable and my favorites; a shower with a good water pressure and a tub to relax in.
Great breakfast, lots of choices and a very large quantity of fresh fruits!

A very nice place The rooms quite nice. The exquisite restaurant. And there is a place where you can play the piano and it's a magical place. The location is great. Recommended. And the views from the room overlook the park. Nearby is the zoo.

Very solid 5* in Berlin. The rooms are well appointed. Some are comparatively quite large in comparison to other similar ranked hotels. The service is top notch and consistent. After staying several times here, there was never any major let down or problem The facilities like bar, restaurant, pool, spa are very good. The hotel is not small. Thus the bar and lobby area can be crowded and noisy. But the hotel rooms are very comfortable and quiet.

Great breakfast in LA Cafe. Wonderful setting. Decent neighbourhood. Has a lovely Michelin star restaurant on the 14th Floor (Hugo) with amazing views. Peaceful and yet not far from the highlights. The Tiergarten is very close with the zoo. I would recommend this hotel!!

Nice and fresh hotel with good service, extra plus for the pool. The breakfast buffet is out of the ordinary.

Great location, easy to reach everywhere downtown. Room was cozy and fully facilitied, although the executive room is smaller than I expected.

On my business trips to Berlin, I always tried to stay in the InterContinental. The few exceptions, in which I had to go to another hotel, I was disappointed.
The service in the InterContinental begins when you enter the hotel, so one of the suitcases are removed and in winter the coat, so that the guest can concentrate only on the check in. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and should be missed, room service will continue immediately.
The breakfast buffet offers a very large selection.

A very comfortable hotel in a great location. Good value for the price. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, probably due to a pandemic. The service was very good and kind. Great breakfasts.

Great location, modern rooms, very decent gym and using the welcome drink Voucher at Marlene bar is great value. Whirlpool and Sauna area are nice too. Will definitely come back when I am in Berlin

I've worked there and thought it was awful as each one was treated badly then you should work through 9 hours without break because allegedly the break time was over cleaning condition extremely bad clean looks different one was constantly rushed and I have to say I want there too never working again that was for me just taking advantage of the employees too much staff no decent changing cabins for the staff you did not even have a sprint

We were in Berlin at the weekend and checked in the Intercontinental for 2 nights. It is a large hotel with many amenities and the friendliness of the staff is outstanding. The breakfast was the best we have ever had in the hotel and the Marlene Bar is definitely recommended !! There is a small deduction for the bathroom. There are no doors that close properly - just a sliding door and it is very clairaudient. Unfortunately, there is no separate shower, but only a bathtub, which makes the entry for the elderly a little difficult. Nevertheless, we would absolutely recommend this hotel and book it again at any time.

A 5 star hotel very close to Berlin zoo and Tiergarten. A maasive two buildings structure. Room is great with the view of the zoo. The service is top notch and the breakfast is one of the best in Europe.

Nice hotel with stupid service
The hotel is really nice though, the staff are really rude and unpleasant especially Sebastian (the manager).
We have never been involved in the fact that a manager behaves as degradingly as it does.

Everything is perfect in this hotel, especially the breakfast and the service, very attentive. All the facilities in the room, fast and effective room service. For my taste they could offer more types of beer in the bar, being Germany.

Overall a great experience. One thing to
to improve is child friendliness. I didn't like being sat to corner tables every time, or not being able to go the pool with kids after certain time. But like said, without kids, a place to go to.

We stayed one night in this beautifully centrally located hotel. At the reception we were received very friendly. The rooms are very nicely decorated and very clean. We love to come here again, this time with bathing suit so that we can test the pool.
