Staff not so very friendly, we didnot enjoy much our stay eben though the place looks nice esoecially the walk by the marina.

Was einen Aufenthalt in einem Intercontinental Hotel wie dem in Abu Dhabi aber immer wieder unvergesslich macht, sind die Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter!

Great place in the heart of Abu Dhabi where you can have lots of fun and spend some quality time with friends and family:)

Very nice hotel, large and comfortable rooms, the surrounding area is very nice. The main restaurant is very nice and the view is beautiful and the breakfast is beautiful and varied. The rooms have all the needs of coffee and tea needs, a small fridge and ironing board. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is also a beautiful swimming pool and the surrounding area is very beautiful.
The airport is about half an hour away and worth the experience.

Long service. There is no elementary first-aid kit!

Pure rip-off, even from here, it's ripped off. You pay the same price per person for 3bed room, but third person has to sleep on guest bed with broken mattress. Despite our complaints, we got broken mattress again. More

My fav hotel. The service was so perfect. I loved the view and the services! The employees were so friendly.

A beautiful place to spend a week-end, a nice lunch or dinner or a walk on the seaside!! This complex of hotel has a great various choices of restaurants from Brazilian to Thai and nice pubs and bars to have fresh beers or drinks!! The sidewalk is really nice with beautiful trees and nice view of the skyline of Abu Dhabi downtown!! Great at sunsets

No doubt one of my favorite hotels in Abudahbi. Very nice water view. Excellent room styles. Excellent customer service

Beach not fantastic, pools are perfect, rooms good, food in selections restaurant no varieties only 3 or 4 main courses saladas and desert are perfect .... Don't miss Um Ali..... Overall good stay and perfect staff.

This is my 4th time here and each time I've visited has been more special than the last. Great location, friendly staff who will always go the extra mile to make your stay a memorable and enjoyable one. Special shout out to Iyawan, Jhoy, Sasha, Ahmed, Badr, Yousef and the other members of staff. Will most definitely be coming back.

Lovely hotel with a great beach club. Staff were very attentive although sometimes this could feel a little invasive. Club Lounge had spectacular views and themed canapes each evening which were delicious. Will definitely be back.

Luxury might be a stretch, but it's certainly decent enough. Clean rooms and the location is good, but you can see it needs a refurb from the last one completed in 2007. The restaurants serve good food, although a real 'down' is the breakfast service. Terrible, terrible for a supposed luxury hotel to have staff clearly not trained, and a strong feeling that the guest gets in the way of the general aim of getting as many people fed as quickly as possible and then get those guests away somewhere else. It is literally food by numbers - you're given a number and told to sit and wait, then seated and left alone, and when finally getting coffee or tea it's cold, never to order, no milk given, no spoons etc - really, really basic things - and the staff look hassled and untrained. I'm sure they're perfectly decent people, so this is a management issue.

Very nice hotel, centrally located, so you can take the taxi cheap to many attractions. However "all inclusive" does not affect the restaurants and bars with outdoor management directly at the hotel. That means after dinner in the great climate in the lobby or pay !!!

This sets the bar higher than anything I've experienced in the US

Came here to a function, the rating is no reflection on the hotel but on the meeting facility. Nice hall, but buffet dinner was only so-so.

The airport itself is quite good. However, trying to find the rental car return parking lot is nearly impossible. A few signs would fix the problem and would have saved us almost half an hour.

Only one room boy service and attitude is not acceptable.

Was there couple of days ago service was very good, but I suffer from biting during my stay I couldn t sleep that night and I check out in morning but still I am suffering from these bites most probably from bed bugs .. Room 1907

I went to the Belgian Cafe. I love the beer even if I am not so fond of the prices.

A very good hotel, recently refurbished. The hotel is placed at a walking distance to Emirates Palace, Marina Mall, Heritage Village, public beach, Cornish road, Etihad Towers. The private beach is small but cozy. The fish market restaurant offering daily a large variety of sea food and drinks.

Very nice breakfast and pool facilities! We had some trouble with the air conditioning system, didnt seem to work, thankfully in the end we got better room with working air conditioning! Apart from that the hotel was great! Would reccomend!

Construction in progress around the block that cause entry and exit difficult to this place. Other than that, it's awesome.

History was made here. Front desk staff concierge are very nice. Good food.

Really liked the hotel, big and spacious rooms. Elegant lobby and parking available. Many restaurants in the walk in front of the hotel, arabic restaurant, beer bar, Brazilian restaurant and others. The beach side was the perfect place to relax, get a drink from the bar or a snack. On the one side was the pool with kids pool and slide and on the other side is the sea with fine sand. I recommend it!!!

Not well arranged Ramadan Buffet. They hide Food and Drinks when its finished.

A quick vacation with the family since there was no real entertainment for the kids.
Due to corona virus everyone try to do the best they can.
We came at 2 PM as agreed but received our rooms after 3:30.
They offered us a complimentary lunch, they were really kind.
Swimming pools for kids are available as well.
Hotel ia clean and this for sure has surpassed my 1st time in this hotel which was bad and not nice at all.
Prices also are good and would recommend everyone to enjoy there time specially at these times if you have kids
