Very old, dilapidated hotel needs renovations and development

Nice location, excellent belgian bar, 2 top class swimming pools, ... top

Nice cozy feel. Worth going all inclusive as you have access to number of restaurants and bars.

Very good hotel. No shorts policy in club lounge in afternoon is too restrictive. Fine in evening. But not during the day.

The hotel is amazing, from the service that the employees proved, to how clean the place is, and to how welcoming it feels to be there. Their lounge club have a very peaceful and relaxing feeling to it. The room I was in, was always cleaned and they had the room prepared for me before I returned from where ever I went. I did have a very small of waiting to do, so my vehicle turned over to valet. But nothing to make me feel disappointed or upset about.

First of all, I would like to say that the staff of the hotel are very courteous and offer a pleasant stay.

Review: If you order All Inclusive you only have this offer in a restaurant. In the other restaurants you have to pay for the food. At single meal times, the dishes are repeated almost every day.
Nevertheless, the food is delicious!

Recommendation: Go in holiday times rather early breakfast, otherwise they have to queue at later times to get a table.

They have a great salad collection. But the main courses are not at the same level.

Really nice pool area where you could eat at no extra charge. Paying can be all day. Weekdays 70 AUD Wk 95

It was worse the room,more problem and the xtra bed it was very hard,we didn't enjoy in our staying ,,but the swimming pool it was very nice,and view around the hotel...

11+ years in abu dhabi and this place, even though old, still has its charm... the views are nice and international buffet is value for money, albeit if smaller than similar category restaurants in the city. *photo is from inside of the international buffet restaurant "Selections".

Spent a night with my family last week. Staff was highly courteous and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was large enough and decent. Real value for money. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Lovely place especially outside, beside the marina with plenty of choices for food, coffee or drinks with nice beer selection.

The hotel is very nice and although it is old but it is still conservative in its elegance and brilliance

Very good hotel with a great beach club. Staff were very attentive although sometimes this could feel a little invasive.
Club Lounge had spectacular views and themed canapes even evening which were delicious. Will definitely be back.

Phenomenal service, from the valet attendants to the in house staff. Friendly and informative and go the extra mile! Highly recommended if customer service is what you looking for. Market related prices, however, their edge is the stunning views . Inter con Overlooks pristine blue watered marine activity.

Best hotel in abu Dhabi if you're going for a small weekend.. try out the fish market restaurant.. very well mannered staff .. kudos for that .. and a shout out to Mahesh who helped us from check in to check out

We were very satisfied, especially the beach club with a nice pool and a nice beach. Unfortunately, there is no free sea view from the beach because an island in front of the hotel is heaped up, we personally did not think bad. Hotel was very clean, breakfast also very good.

BEST HOTEL OF ABU DHABI! The staff Is so polite and welcoming.. Such a clean hotel, best room service, food is amazing. I wish I could afford to stay there foreverrrrr!! 10 stars for this hotel!!!

Nice hotel and excellent personnel . Overlooking the marina bay, the rooms are clean, ample and well equipped. The location is quiet but close to downtown or other areas of the city.

Very old remarkable place in Abu Dhabi require renovation

We went to the Magic club (sorry if I got the name wrong) inside and had a great experience. Live soothing music and classy crowd. Valet parking with Intercontinental.recommended They have the indoor as well as outdoor sitting area and they guy who plays saxophone is awesome. Smoking allowed.

Menu is a bit expensive but worth it as food they serve is delicious. Definitely I will visit the place again but won't order the alcohol. The best part is if you go outside you have the view of boats and sea shore (kind of).

Group of 4 people with 1 alcoholic drink will be around 400-500 AED.

The only Con is slow service otherwise recommended.

It's an amazing hotel! It has this nostalgia-provoking ambience and atmosphere that's so warm and familiar. The view is spectacular. The facilities are very nice. The food is amazing. The cleanliness is superb and the service is excellent. No matter what you are there to do or for how long, you're treated like a VIP and taken care of like you were staying forever.
I've been around lots of different places, Intercontinental is always my first choice and my absolute favorite place!

The hotel is good very nice rooms but with all inclusive is a rip off. We understand that we have paid the extra charge and do not get everything never in the hotel we booked all inclusive but did not get. We pay more and still not not the all inclusive what we know from other countries
